On the new supporter version, the onscreen latency is reduced by standard, but still not good enough (by default). But adding the sentence "HD2=1" under PocketPC in the fpse.ini, is doing the job!
Now the screen is responding immediately! Really fast! Every game is then very playable! I got this from fpsece forum, i found it accidentally.. Try it!

Thx fot the tip, but couln't you add to one of already existing thread? There are alreay around three threads about fpsece, so why to start another one?
I wouldnt mind a locked sticky/wiki page with just hint and instructions on what to put in the ini file.
Hi,
Your tip isn't working for me. Which version of FPSECE do you have ? I think this only works for the supporter version...
Thank you anyway, and if you confirm that it works only with the supporter version, than I'll donate !

It does only work with the supporter version. In fact you don't need the HD2 line added to the .ini anymore in the supporter version. Multi-touch also available in donation version. It's well worth it.

How we can enable the G-sensor?
Truly amazing, will probably donate, thank you for all of your hard work over there! Now it doesn't matter that the onscreen buttons don't come up in Tekken if I can use a bluetooth controller !! Pretty damn excited!!
EDIT: just bought the bluetooth gamepad. iFrench, if I donate now is it too late to download the updated version? Also does it require an install from scratch (i.e copying over BIOS files and game imgs again?)
Where do I get the supported version?

Sorry, I forgot to make a video with the HD2, but you can watch this one, with the TG01, the G-sensor is activated the same way. Just the one of HTC is more accurate!

Note that these two updates, G-sensor and MSI BGP100 are avaliable for those who have the supporter version (so who donated), they have recieved it today in their mailbox, or will tomorrow if they have not recieve it yet
The free version will be updated too, but only once multitouch is implemented
iFrench, I think you missed my question in my last post, probably as I was editing it

Well got the full one. Now to setup that G -S.
Let's hope it works fine in GTA 2
anyone with gamepad can confirm that multitouch works? thanks
So yes, if you donate now, the version you'll get will be the very last one, so G-sensor and MSI BGP100 compatible on the HD2
And you'll keep all your savec games, config, iso, etc, it will only replace the fpse.exe
@20mihalko What do you mean exactly? If you can press 2 buttons of the gamepad at the same time, so multikey? If it's your question, the answer is YES, I've tried up to 4 buttons at the same time, maybe more can work but I don't have a game that uses more than 4 buttons at the same time^^
It also works when you press many buttons and release only one, there's a key sent for "press" and another one for "release"
In short, it works like a perfect gamepad XD
Is it just me or is my G-Sensor a odd ball?
Left is Right, Right is Left, Up is Down and Down is Up!!

Hey Frenchaddict
I've been following the fpsece threads since you started posting on modaco about this.
I now have my HD2 and thank god fpsece is now out
However, I am having reall problems getting the on screen overlays to show at all.
I have followed your videos but what ever i do they do not show up.
Also, whilst following your video for setting them up you click at the bottom of the psx controller and it moves down to show the analogue sticks and this is where you press the PSP icon.
My 1.0 version doesnt have that .. the PSP icon is to the left.
Please can you help me get this awesome piece of software working
Cheeers,
GG
Hi, folks! It's me again with the new version of the hdWobble app. Although it looks like the previous one, this version is done from scratch. It is based on the OpenGL ES library for Windows mobile. I recently got my self a new HTC HD2 phone, and since it is supporting multitouch technology I decided to see if I can use it in this app. As it is shown in the video, I managed to implement pinch-zooming and rotation of the loaded image as well as resizing of the wobbling area. There are lots of things that need to be polished and implemented, but I hope that this version will live to see it, unlike the previous one. There is no download available yet. At first it will be released only for the HTC HD2 device. As soon as it is completed I will release it for download. Not sure yet if it is going on the Marketplace or not. Anyway, enjoy the existing app and this clip, and don't forget to watch this thread for updates.
Watch the movie here
Work progress
New image gallery is finished. I hope you will like it. I'm planning to give it a go as a standalone image gallery that can replace default image and video viewer.
I'll be expecting your recommendations, critiques, suggestions and comments of any kind that will make this gallery even better.
You can see new gallery in action here.
Little contest
Thanks to all of you who have submitted your work for the new visual identity of this app.
My favorite and favorite of majority of people that I've shown these icons is one from De'Key.

Important installation instructions
After installing, PLEASE, DO SOFT RESET of the device, otherwise multitouch wont work.
Q&A
Q: How to add or remove images to use with hd2Wobble?
A: Go to the location where you installed hd2Wobble and open Backgrounds folder.
Q: Will there be standalone image viewer, and when?
A: Yes there will be an I don't know when.
Q: Does hd2Wobble work on other devices than HD2?
A: For now it only works on HD2. If it works on other devices it is not intentional. I only tested it and developed for HD2. It won't work on devices that are not "multitouch" capable. In the future release I'll try to enable it to work on other resolutions so it could be used on devices like HD2 mini.
Q: I successfully installed hd2Wobble on my HD2. Why isn't multitouch working?
A: Soft reset your device after the installation.
If you like this application and find any worth in it, you are free to donate
Thnx!
For the future use

I saw a few other threads on here regarding issues with fpsece on our phones but I had a more specific problem regarding the app/program, which would be multi-touch. Does anyone here run fpsece on their HD2 and successfully play their roms with multi-touch functioning? I have the latest free version installed with the supporter cab (3/25/10). No matter what skin I use, no matter what editing I do to my ini that the fpsece forum suggests seems to work. I'm posting on here in hope that someone can help me resolve this problem. This site is way more active then the the fpsece forum.
T-mobile HD2
16gb microSD
Latest Energy Rom
Cloud Strife FpseCE skin
Stylus mode is off
Latest free version with supporter version 3/25/10
The game I'm trying to get it to work on currently is Xenogears
multi touch is only present in the "supporter-version" of fpsece. also other features like save n load r available.. donate them to get ur supporter ver copy..
Yes I know, that's what I put in my post. I DO have the supporter version. My question is why my multi-touch still isn't working...

Hi guys
I too have the supporters version and also have multitouch issues, I think that there is a line you need to add into the ini file to activate this... I have actually now given up with this app as it has become a pain in the a%$*. If somebody has a fix for this, I would also be greatful as this is a great app.
thanks
Try to add
HD2=1
in the fpse.ini, [PocketPC] section

Hey bro ! ABSOLUTELY
use the HD2 optimization pack existing in their forums as a cab..1 instal, then go to device>program files and delete your configs for your games..then try to run the game you want and rush back here to thank me it seriously saved me..i only rarely used fpsece b4 this but now i have over 14 games on my hd2 those long hours on the train really fly by now
here ..i'll even gief u the link to save ur searching
http://www.fpsece.net/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=595
its skin is great and u do not have to set up keys for any game any more, plus the multitouch works greatly..
Ok its been tested and working fine. Only issue is single-touch controls otherwise its a very fun filled game to play on your HD2 device. I will make a longer version in the future. I also place my full version of bongy adventure in this forum. I had programmed for HD for past year now Iam moving here. I look forward to working with the ladies and gentlemen here.
Hey Zarpy, It works quite well but doesn't support multi touch
the buttons are a little larger than they need to be on the hd2 but its looks amazing at the moment.
Cheers for the awesome work in game development.
Hi - This game does work on the HD2, just a suggestion but if you were making a full version multitouch would be benificial to add..
For running and junping together ect. would make it alot more playable,
Hope this helped.
buttons and touch
Ok thanks for the feedback as I didnt have the phone to test it on.
I can fix the buttons and resize them to be smaller. The problem is multi-touch which is a phone issue. Customers complained to to Microsoft about resistive screens. Microsoft said that HD2 would be multi-touch but I guess not. Now thier saying windows phone7 will have multi-touch but now based on the answers here I find it hard to believe. Thank you for the feedback so should I continue to add more levels?
Not without multi touch, HD2 definitely is capable of it.

HDwobble2 is multitouch HERE
As well as FPSECE, most of multitouch apps for Leo are using HTCAlbum hack.
The multitouch part has nothing to do with windows mobile Actually windows mobile 6.5 doesn't support capacitive screens, and HTC had to write the code for it to work themselves. If you want to add multitouch to your program you must therefore use their API, which I believe is lying around somewhere on the forum

LMT's controller mode has shown the HD2 has multi-touch so it's not a hardware limitation. I have used it playing Crash Bandicoot on FPSEce and it works perfectly.

I seem to have run into trouble making multi-touch . What I can do is make a jump left jump right button to compensate like expirement13 game. Thanks for everyones input , I will start working on converting some games over to HD2.
Hey everyone!
I have a weird problem with my HD2. When I play any game eg Spyro 3, when I want to do something eg jump, tapping the button doesn't work, I have to keep X pressed and then spyro jumps. In other words, it's not really a button lag, and yep, I did search the forum before posting I dunno what the solution is, someone please help.
because you haven't the supported version of FPSece.
After a little donation (min. 5€) this problem disappears. Also it enables the multitouch features and the save option.

Cant get enough of Vigilante 2nd Offense! its awesome!
And Wipeout! and Ghost in a shell! and Driver!.....and the list go's on..
So yeah, well worth getting...
(ps. Im not his PR rep or a family member, just an addict! )
My Vigilante 8: Second Offence runs slow (35-45 fps) while driving. Does yours?
And yes, if you support there is no button lag anymore. It's an old issue that has been fixed for a while with the supporter version. Though you could always wait for the free version to get updated, though like anyone would say who is a supporter; it's well worth it.
