Sorry to ask but where to start?

Hi all,
I have just got a TD2 and must agree it is a very good device.
I have tried searching and looking through these forums for the posts but I am unable to locate them. I dont want to be spoon fed so if someone can point me to the post on flashing the device with a custom ROM it would be appriciated.
I know its a noob question but I have been looking for 3 days now, Dont worry im not flashing anything till I have read up hence why I havent just had a go without finding all the right info.
SO take this post as "Im a noob, where do I start" but I will do the reading etc myself just need a point in the right direction!

question regarding ROM FOR X05HT.PLEASE HELP

Hello,am new here and i have a question regarding my HTC pro (xo5ht)by softbank japan.
i need to change the OS from Japanese to English
i just wonder what the best rom for it?
i mean i am just a beginner here and trying to learn .
so first do i have to unlock the Phone (sim free)??
then whats next ???
any details about how to do the upgrade rom?
and is there any way to ghost my current one now in case if i wants to go back to the original( same as in Windows?
as i said i have no clue.

Need help with my htc magic 32b

Hi all, I'm a newbie here. I've got a vodafone htc magic 32b from AU. And it's running 1.6 dount. I would like to root it and install custom rom on it. I've try a lot but couldn't work. Is anyone can give me a hand, please give me an instruction on how to root it and install custom rom. Many thanks! appreciate all your help!!!

I was so excited to read that someone was finally able to get android to run on an HD2.
I have spent the morning reading and reading, I was able to down load MAGLDR 1.10 and now I can not find NAND ADROID ROM
I have been looking for it, to down load it and convert my T-moble HD2
I know that I am not as savy as a LOT of you , but could someone point me in the right direction??

Welcome to forums,
It´s normal when you enter to XDA world some things may seem hard to find, here is the link to get a NAND Android ROM for your Leo.
