did you see this
you can it at settings.
but it doesn't work at me .
maybe you can try it with your cables
I think HD2 can't use this software because it doesn't support TV out.
I want TV-IN....

Hi you all!
Does anyone knows if there is a TV Out cable for the apache?. Im looking for something that could allow me to show powerpoint presentations without having to connect to a PC.
Be well,
Tony
use bluetooth or wifi. there are apps for it.
Thanks el_venga,
Any experiences/recommendations with those devices?
Frat001
I dont the apache has the hardware for native tv out through a cable.
Tv out Cable for Apache
Can someone please elaborate with links to cables
that will allow the HTC Apache Xv6700 to do TV out.
Is there software that will allow this, meaning a windows mobile tv out application?
Where can the software be downloaded to allow VGA out via wifi or blue tooth?
The reason I ask is because I googled these topics and found no information that helped me.
Hi,
i found some videos on the web showing the 3,5mm->RCA TV Out feature from the original Motoroi XT720. I have the Milestone XT720 and i am assuming the hardware would still support this. The official headphone plug has still 3 pins, as example. It seems simply like the setting is gone ... is there a way to re-enable it ?
I dont care how hacky it is.
yeah, it will be freaking awesome to have that special tv output feature. if only we have some dev to make that option available as an app made specially for xt720, now we can only wait. moto should have made this feature available so that we could toggle from our device display to tv display manually. just a thought why would they have that ONLY for stock media player. this BEAST is more than that!
The new XT720 has an HDMI out that can be used as a tv-out . You will probably have to use an adapter if you want to convert it to vga or s-video
i'm already using this feature tvout via 3.5mm cable..(3.5mm---AV)...with Dexter's 1.3....all fine expect the video display on tv but sound still playing on phone's speaker..hope the devs notice this problem and solve for us...
Hi
is there anyway we can give output to TV from HD2 (windows) mobile?
i have seen a thread which was talking about attaching Mouse, Keyboard and even a gampad to HTC phones with some 4 in 1 cable and then output goes to Tv also, but this cable is compitible with specific HTC models. I want to know is this possible with HTC HD2 to have such cables and attache other things to it and see output into TV,
below link is for ref.

in this page they have XDA links and are talking about FPSECE also.
few content from above ref.

At the beginning of the week, Schtruck (fpsece developper) told me he had just ordered a Dicota beat mini gamepad:
I ordered the same!
Once I had it, I realized it was not working
Schtruck just told me: " search for hidgamep.dll "......
And the answer was on XDA:

And it works !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I simply copy here the method given on XDA (for the HTC Athena....!)

No way, the hardware does not support/allow any signal output for any other display than the internal - no monitor, no TV.
at android on HD2 you can
you can do it with android if you have TV support DLNA by downloading DLNA software and you can share all media on your HD2 and watching it on tv, I use it with my samsung TV (support all share)
you can use your wifi to transfert video to your TV via an adapter that convert the signal received to analog video/audio output.
also dont forget to install a programm to your HTC for managing file transfert via wifi
Are you guys sure this doesn't work? I have a tp2 and it comes with the capabilities to do this out-of-the-box. Just requires the correct adapter..
Edit: here's the cab I used to enable it..
Another reason to believe it's possible is because these are found in the reg..

Hi every wonderfull android devs !!
I'm a proud owner of the wonderfull (again) TF101, but i guess something usefull is missing in android mobility solution : i named : USB/PCI driver and player for TNT DVB-T TV Tuners under android
As now tablets and even phone have USB plugs and enough power to make it, maybe they can support those little USB TV tuner dongles.
As reference under windows i'm using pouchin TV which is a lite and fluid player for TNT TV (DVB-T - H264 codecs etc ...) but i know there are many more like this one and maybe some which could be better... BUT my guess is for android !! i fall in love with it, its not perfect but it tend to be a light and easy to use (and in same time powerfull and completly controlable and customizable).
(But if i can make a parenthesis i would say that android fully interface with windows and that's great but only few apps can fill the connectivity gap between androtablets and androphones (like pdanet for instance). So please think about functionnality between 2 android device in your apps devs
parenthesis closed . )
So what about my suggestion about a new kind of app for android : i mean TNT TV support (for mobility reasons) through mini antennas or wall antenna plugs?..
First : is it possible? (i guess most linux distro already did it)
second : will it be done one day? does some brave guys/grils with gold software coding hands would be brave enough to make it !?
Please respond to my hope!!!
Thank a lot for all the work already done and for the one that will be ! (in any topics )

Yep, DVB-T on Android is possible:

USB TV tuner support on the gen8 Archos devices.
I am looking for this too.
Hi
First thanks for replies.
So if i have well read, froyo include the good drivers for usb tuners, but the transformer is under honeycomb (but that shouldn't be a trouble, as i guess that drivers would be included to it also) and the main trouble would be to adapt this app to the transformer (hardware point of view), it's just à guess as I'm just a Mc guyver with c code... And at least working on a rooted stock Rom..
Am i right?

Is thid project "death"?
I have a DVB-T-Stick with RTL2832U Chip (and 820T).
In the Play store, there is also a driver for this "RTL2832U" based DVB-T sticks Intended for a SDR App.
I can receive flight transponder data live from airplanes with a app, but there is no universal DVB-T tv app ?
Only "DVB-T for Android" etc., for ELECOM Micro-USB etc. DVB-T-Tuners.

I wish i could help. Noble endeavor. i wish you the best!
Now, to clarify: are you saying that the MiBox isn't recognizing the Xbox USB tuner? If so, let me say, the mibox USB tuner support has rarely been seen and frankly took a back seat to ALL the the other HUGE problems, headaches, and flat-out negligent support with this device and by it's manufacturer. a real shame. i did have two USB tuners working with the nougat-era betas. I don't know how important this is, but i should add that I noticed if you have a hdhomerun network tuner for some reason this made it impossible ever see any USB DONGLE TUNER - IF THE HDhomerun was setup as "network tuner."
i was able to use a avermedia volar hybrid q H837 and a Hauppauge 955q (nearly same as xbox one) well enough. otherwise i mostly used the HDhomerun tuner by itself. it works fine on MM, Nougat, Oreo, etc The issue with the dongles is the drivers. some guys over on the nvidia shield forums were able to do what you want with the shield. but these devices are very different and the Mibox has a locked bootloader, and only really with nougat can you sneak in a tiny bit, but you are handicapped. with oreo, it is hopeless as of todays date.
