If somebody could explain to me what these things are
Wiping, Partitioning, Upgrading Ext, +anything else i would need know about anything

mate, it's not agains you, but people tend to not follow the rules if they get helped anyway.
About your question:
You worte that you have buggy applications, these can be corrected by the developers of those applications, it's not a problem of the device.
I suspect that you have other problems, but please describe it properly, cause it's hard to help without information about the problem.

How about just "NO". Go read forum rules, netiquette and stuff that has already been posted here more than once.
If you are not willing to follow some basic rules about how to communicate correctly on the internet, I am not willing to help you in any way.
You did not even exactly tell what your exact problem is.
Oh, and I would suggest you to be more friendly, maybe not only on the internet.

Its a very difficult and dangerous process only to be done by very skilled people. If the information in the thread isn't enough information for you to do the process and need a video tutorial to do it, you're not skilled enough to do then process and should not do it

If you can't figure out how to do this with a well-written guide I think it's better not to try at all. Read again and see if you can figure it out yourself, if you can't I think it's best not too try at all.
