As for the taskbar icon, you can try this one.

On my phone (TOUCH 2) works very well.

Battery % indicator
Or this one......

Batt enhancer
Tried it, nothing works anymore, had to give a hard reset

hmm, strange....
Another option is "green battery fix" I used before aswell without any problem and now I have "battclock" which gives a bit more work to configure with registry settings......only do when you know how to handle.....

HELP: Battery level indicator blocked!!!

Hi,
I have a Asus P525 and I have this problem:
the battery level indicator is ever blocked to the value "84%". The led of the PDA indicate correctly the charge and the full level of the battery, but in WM5 the level is ever 84%.
I tried to instal new version of ROM and Radio, I tried to hard reset the PDA and I tried to remove and insert the battery, but notting.
The level of the battery is ever 84%.
What I can do?
Thank you very much in advance to all.
Davide
may be some troubles with internal battery circuit I guess

problem with battery indicator and charging

I welcome. I have the very untypical problem.
It all started with it around the phone started showing that the battery is unloaded, in spite of it around was loaded up. I thought cool it apparently a battery fell down. I bought new and unfortunately the same. Since the battery almost on max is loaded up the rally is loading it for moments and then loading is turning off. However an indicator of loading up on the nought and an announcement of the weak battery are demonstrating the system and it is disconnecting. I thought ok I will make hard reset and most probably he will help, however it turned out around not. Yeah rally loaded WM6 together with new ROM and unfortunately the same old story. I will still add around after this moment when is loading and an orange diode is shining and the indicator is showing the battery around loading is when he is finishing an indicator is appearing around empty battery and with stamp 'x'.
I hope around somebody here will help me. And perhaps somebody knows where in the register it is possible to change placing so that the system doesn't download details about loading the battery up and he wasn't mutually exclusive
Say what?
Can you please ask someone to translate so we can at least understand what your problem is?
ok I write it with my words.
When I switch on my phone battery indicator in main screen shows zero and sign '!' and the telephone switch off itself.
When I put usb cable or telephone battery charger and switch on my phone the phone charging about 10-20 seconds and after that battery indicator shows empty battery and sign 'x'. The phone still work but the indicator in Settings/Power Managment/Main Battery is completely empty.
I have new battery so battery is ok. I made hard reset and changed software from wm5 to wm 6.1 and the battery still isn't charging.
I hope that it is undertanding now.
Has the battery indicator ever worked while you've owned the phone, or is this something that has happened since upgrading your ROM? Having said that, this sounds more like a hardware issue to me. Try taking the battery out and cleaning the pins on the phone. If you've tried different ROM's, I don't believe it's a software issue and after a quick search of the forum, I haven't found anybody with a similar issue, which I would expect to if it were software related
The battery indicator worked normally and one day it stopped working. I upgraded ROM becouse i thought that it help.
I have second question. Whether it is possible to change the register this way so that the starting system doesn't read the level of battery charge out.
I have the same problem. Did you solve it?

Battery status based on voltage

Hello,
please help me find a program that would be a today plugin, that can calculate battery state percentage from it's voltage measuring.
Thanks.
Today Warrior does it; I'm sure that there are many others. Go look at the plugin section at pocketpcfreeware.com.
Thank you for your reply.
The program that you showed, like many others, do not perform as I want.
The battery driver can return battery percentage and battery voltage. The problem is, battery driver for my device shows only 1%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% grade, while voltage lowers smoothly. So I need a program that can calculate the battery percentage on its own, not tajen from a driver.
Does anyone know such a program as a Today plugin?
Thanks.
Vista Hide battery gauge
Go here
http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-vistahide-battery-gauge-v1-1-1.html
it shows the battery gauge smoothly! and will always remain above all your programs.
hope this helps!

[Q][DEV] Service won't update widget with battery level

I can't find perfect battery widget for me, so i decided to make my own widget. Im using service to get battery level and update widget. Some times the widget (or service) freez (stuck), for example im charging battery and unplug phone from AC/USB, and the battery level stucks on 100% or 99%, i must delete it and add again to fix it. Also i've service without widget, but with battery level notification and it works fine. Any advice?
I've no idea how to fix it.

[Q] Resetting battery stats

Hi
I have flashed my phone a couple of times and have some how messed up my battery stats.
I'm running CM12 Official nightly and the 5.0 alpha modem.
When i reach about 13 % the phone just turns off to black screen, so no graceful shutdown from low battery.
When i connect the charger, the low battery warning comes up and the after i few seconds it goes to the small battery with percent in it. It says 15% right when it comes up.
When in the small green battery with percent state, is the ROM responsible for showing that screen or is it the modem/bootloader?
How do i reset the battery stats, so that it shows the correct percentage left?
I found this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nema.batterycalibration&hl=en
Will that fix my problem?
Thanks
I'd say try running the app you linked to, it looks as though your low flag has become a bit wonky, the app will hopefully fix it.
