Flashing a ROM???

Hi. I am new to the forums and flashing a new ROM on an AT&T Tilt. I don't really know how to do it. Could someone please tell me how?

[Completed] How to root Sharp SH-M02-EVA20

Howdy team,
New to the forum and would appreciate some assistance rooting my Japanese Sharp smart phone, model SH-M02-EVA20.
I have been googling around and have tried a few suggestions, such as KingRoot, with no luck.
Does anybody have a guide to rooting this particular phone? Japanese tutorials welcome, since I can google translate the gist of it.

[Completed] Htc Desire 310 bricked after bad flash

Hi there.
I see that there is written on this topic in WWW, but wanna have help for my case.
I have used SPFlash tool and watched this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/tuto-how-to-unbrick-htc-desire-310-dual-t3057203
The flash was unsuccessfull. Now it wont power up at all and doesn`t charge.
The solution apparently is to unbrick the phone.
How to do that? I have One Sim version. If i have to provide more information i`ll do it.
I am from Bulgaria.
