New Carrier ROM (3 UK) - How do I upload it from kaiser?

Sorry, noob here.
I would like to add my kaiser ROM to the ROM file repository.
How do I do this please on Vista 32Bit?
Handset is brand new released from carrier 3UK.
R 1.27.15.32
G 22.51.88.13H
D 1.89.00.00
WM6 (5.2.1620) (build 18125.0.4.2)
Once stored, i want to update to Dutty's latest ROM.

I have updated my thread on the french forum...
Please use the RC2 version instead of the other ones since I had SOD on the latter.
I have changed the WM6.5 build release to avoid SOD...

I, just, have forgotten to RecMod some system modules...
This RC3 version is, now, more stable without any reboot !!!

Hi, i'm working on a new ROM for ELF(in), it's still in the early BETA Testing, therefor I need some BETA Testers to show how it's runs and any bugs! This is a 6.1 ROM because i could't find a STOCK of OFFICIAL 6.5 ROM for ELF(in), if you have one of the 6.5 ROM please share... Remeber: "Sharing is Caring!" I'll but the download link in down below, please report any bug or anything else. You are welcome to post a reply if there are anything you may want to have cooked in this ROM.
