Hey!
The moment I've got my HD2, I started my own quest for creating the perfect looking icons. I've created a few for my personal use and I've decided to share them with you, maybe someone will like some of them and enjoy using as much as I did creating them. All icons are 128x128 pixels with 72dpi. Sense uses 120x120 pixels with 72dpi icons but it's a bit difficult to match the rounded edges of the slots so I went for the optimum solution of square 128 pixels. For the sake of information, Windows Phone 6.5 uses 90x90 pixels icons stock (without modification to the cpr files).
To change your icons, follow this Tutorial or use one of the many Icon changing apps for Windows Phone 6.5.

HTC Default Icons
For those of you who might need them, here are the Default HTC icons used in Sense with a Stock HD2. These are all 90x90 pixel icons except "HTC_comm_manager_64.png" and "htc_mobile_router_64.png" which are 64x64 pixels and "htc_format_SD_120.png", "HTC_sim_manager_120.png" and "HTC_sim_toolkit_120.png" which are 120x120 pixels square.

Hello to all guys, this is the first set of 128x128 pixel icons, complete with the addition of some extra icons (a total of 148 items, 32 extra icons). I added a link to a zip file containing all the icons, the user Steve0007 effected the creation of a cab auto-install.
In the event you want to customize your system icons or your own, remember to use all of CSMI. For the icons that do not work, dinik recommend:
Go to Device\Application Data\HTC\ProgLauncher; and remove the titles. Bmg from the title of the icons that do not you work

The icons that I made have yet to be adjusted a bit, there are, in outline, some graininess ..... We will update on progress

I marked the white on the edge, I removed that effect on the grainy side dishes should be fine now. According to you .... should I change the background for each icon? For example: People = Orange, as the icon of orange as the main color ...

Installation:
Install the cab file in your device. Restart once the installation is over
If you don't like the theme uninstall it (remove programs in Settings) and restart
The taskbar can be installed on 6.5, 6.5.x, VGA, WVGA and to any Manila version

I do not use the music and stock tabs so I cannot judge them yet, but will have a look at them. And I agree, the settings icon is also very nice.

The reader icon has been also customised. I have used Malicious Icon as i find it nice, Thanks to him btw.
For document icon you will keep the original one as i find it nice too (obviously if you have the tab)

If I get more requests for transparent sliders, i would consider them

oups, i never saw this problem before.
Can you try the following, go to Settings/Home/Items and select Windows Default, ok
You will shift to Titanium, from here try to install the cab
Go back to Settings/Home/Items and select back HTC Sense.
Restart, and cross your fingers
Let me know if it works

This is my pack of android icons I have been working on for a week or so,I offer this for free and the version contains 105 icons and will grow a lot over time. I will also have a market version in a few days that will be a donate version with about 30 more that will be updated a lot more than this free version also I will take request for app icons you may want.
HOW TO USE: Unzip and put the folder on root of S.D and use bettercut to apply.
Now that's an infestation...call the exterminators! I'll wait for the donate version. Great work. Been watching their development on Buzz.

This only changes the shortcuts right? Is there an easy way to change the app drawer icons as well? Also, these icons are smaller then the stock icons for some reason so everyhthing looks tiny.

I have a problem though. I have installed better cut and have tried to change a couple of my icons. Whenever I have changed one (either pick or crop), in the preview it looks fine but when I go to the home page the new icon is missing part of the right hand side of the image. The Androids all seem to be missing the arm on the right (as you look at them). Any ideas?

Design and testing
My very first sliders!
The attached cabs have been designed for, and tested on a HD2 (T8585) with:
- Stock WWE ROM 1.66
- Manila v2.5.1921
Note: the images contained in the sliders are not my own. I have sourced these from various places online. Credit for the original images goes entirely to the creative people who designed them.
Instructions
- Uninstall any previous slider you have installed.
- Install new cab.
- Restart Sense (device reset not necessary).
Cabs are all uninstallable. Simply uninstall from 'Settings (tab) > Application > Remove programs', then restart Sense.

Very nice job with the slider. I love the icon set of v1.
One problem though - Because the slider selection is transparent, there is a shadow of the base icon on the slider. You can clearly see it even in your screenshot of the taskbar.
Would it be possible to make the slider selection opaque? This would make it an awesome slider.
