Anybody know if there is a cab or a way to increase the 15 contacts icons in people section?
Just doing something similar to the 16 or 20 shortcut for the main page of manila.

16 shortcuts in home tab: 16 shortcut for Manila 2.5
16 or 20 shortcuts in home tab + extra features: Max Manila 2.519202525 Ultimate
its easy enough to find hacks for the home tab to increase shortcuts but has anybody done this to the people or internet tabs? also, is there any way to put non manila apps on the slide at the bottom of the screen?

Its so easy to increase shortcuts in internet tab, i hope it will be easy to do the same thing in people tab, it could be greate.

plz explain how to do this. is it possible to resize the tabs? coz now theyre too big to fit many on the screen at the same time, makes it kinda impractical to use. its almost as easy to just load opera and use your favorites.

There is no way to resize the tabs just increase the number.

Change from 10 to 12 or 14 or 16 or 18 etc etc

Hey guys i've been searching around a little bit and cant seem to find the answer to this, I'm trying to add things to my Home screen because the only things on there are the clock and calendar. Any help would be appreciated.
The TouchFLO 3D home screen isn't like a normal Today screen; it differs in that it's not directly customizable. You can't, for example, just add a plug-in to the home screen.
There are several additional tabs available here on XDA-Devs, or you can read up on editing Manila files, which use Lua, in order to customize your TF3D yourself. The latter isn't for the faint of heart!

There is limitless customization available depending on what you want.
It should ike you are running just WM today? TF3D is the bomb interface but there are others such as SPB Moobile Shell, Ultimate Launcher, etc....
I run 3 different interfaces simultaneously.

Dude do a search, there is numerous threads regarding this, you can have 12, 16 20 and soon 25 quicklinks.

It can be a bit difficult searching on here when you are new but the previous poster is right. Use this...http://www.google.com/advanced_search?q=+site:http://forum.xda-developers.com&hl=en&lr=&as_qdr=all and search for Quicklinks. You should find what you are looking for.

I have updated the ROM to 1.66.408.1 (ITA) wich include Manila 2.5.19211619.0. I could not find something that is working properly. I tested a lot of the versions from this site with 16 shortcuts, no one is working OK. If i try to remove a shortcut, it does not removes the icon.. in the Start Menu, i found double icons of htc tweeter, people, music, calendar & footprints. It's not working OK not even the one claiming to be made for Manila 2.5.19211619.0. I tested even the one for Manila 2.5.1922, but it does not show any icon at all..
So, which one is the right solution for this ROM, even if it is wit 16, 20 or 25 shortcuts?
Hi, I don't mean to Kijack this thread. The quicklinks tweak is good but the buttons get smaller. Is it possible to add more quicklink button of the same size and res of the stock one . I don't want 4x4 etc I would like say 2 pages of 3x3.

I have switched to the 20 one from 16 mainly because you can remove links after the initial 9 with the 20 one [5x4] but with 16 [4x4] you had to unistall and reinstall to remove links 10-16.
Pity as I prefer the icon size with 16
what is the best way to show missed calls \ sms etc in the home page. or in the notification toolbar
the less stuff I need to install around it, the better
I would prefer not install max manilla really.
and if I had to, then I dont want it to change the look on my HD2

Just use Co0kie's Home tab it shows missed called etc with minimal change of the homescreen, use the search function to find the thread hope this helps ^^

You can turn off all the things that change the layout so that it looks exactly the same as default. Everything in Co0kie's home tab is optional.
I dont have notification in the top bar,
it would be nice if I can see all the changes in one place really, ideally the lock screen but I dont want S2U2.

Sorry mate - my bad. The next release, which is imminent, will have 3x3 back, as well as number of quicklink pages, so you don't have to have the left and right ones (if you don't want them).

Some of you will say that there is Cokie (or whatever name it was) and there is Jamrecords 16 Shcut & Calls, but I do not want those. Cokie for example disables swipes between screens, but I use that option to go from home tab to People. Jamrecords 16 Shcut & Calls has only 16 icons on home screen, I use 20 icons.
I also do not want any fancy icons or whatever, I just want the button with the black and white icon.

You can use Co0kie's Home Tab for this. You can turn off all the other features and it does not stop you from sweeping from tab to tab. That was in a very early version and was fixed quite some time ago.
Thanks johncmolyneux for your answer. You are right that I can install Co0kie's Home Tab and turn everything off only leaving the Call History button, but I really don't like the idea to install such a huge addon and only using it for a button. That's why I'm looking for an option just to add this button.
After an hour of digging I really can't find a standalone solution for this. And I do not have the time to dig into windows mobile to create such a solution by myself.

+1 for just the Call History and if possible without the Calendar as I never use the phones calendar for appointments so would rather get rid of it. I've been searching all morning/afternoon so far and I know Cookie's app does this but I don't want everything else I'm happy with my phone in it's stock form would just like this little add-on. Does this exist?

Have you tried Cookie's Home Tab?
By far the best mod out there. Gives you several options for shortcuts.

cookie home app you can increase the short cuts to what ever you want. Hope this helps.
And as you want you can also 1 screen if you don't want the three screens.
Yeah... everyone is right about Co0kie's Home Tab... You can choose 3x3 or 4x4 or even 5x4. You also can choose from 1 to 5 pages of them. Well... 'nuff said but the bottom line is you can't go wrong with Co0kie's Home Tab. Other than that, try search for M24_MaxLume_Clock_for_CHT. Looks simple and clean with the glow in the dark feel. Well, maybe worth mentioning because its good.
yes have tried it now and its pretty good but cant uninstall touch x clock background or transparant clock(app uninstall just wont do it)ANY IDEAS ANYONE PLZ
Check the Co0kie's Home Tab thread for the same issue, and if it's not already been raised/answered, ask on there. As well as Co0kieMonster himself, there's a load of guys from the beta team that can answer many manila questions, and they're on the thread quite regularly.
