I'm having difficulties with my TP2.
it's running slow (removed programs and it says 45% memory). And i cant open any programs (like Word or outlook).
so i thought maybe a new ROM would help getting it work normal.
My spec's:

ROM date: 05/16/09
Radio version: 3.44.25.27
I don't know if more info is needed to answer my question. Is my TP2 a CDMA model

if your usb port is in the center its gsm. if it's off to one side thats cdma/gsm. also my cdma model says t7380 not 7373

HardSPL is very very easy, don't worry. Just follow the instructions in the sticky carefully, and you'll be fine.

I Received my At&t Tilt 8925 yesterday, i live in Ecuador, so the phone came unlocked of course!!!

You are being told that you should have used HARDSPL before installing a new ROM.
You were told to READ THE WIKI - it will get you out of where you are at the moment and fix your problem.

Read the Wiki and you will find the issue of a white screen with hard spl.
The procedure is well documented.
Troubleshooting
Posting here is not going to solve your problem. If you have trouble understanding the wiki, then I suggest you find someone who can help read it with you one on one.
Be Patient
...and just read the wiki, right now it seems to be the only sound advice you can get right now. nobody is going to give you a phone step by step procedure.

I had the white screen as well - I read the WIKI - I did the HARDSPL like it says. I then flashed a new ROM and it worked.
So - what EXACTLY do you need?
Have you read the WIKI?
Have you installed the HARDSPL?
Are you STILL having an issue? If so - what is your issue?

There was a specific question asked - HAVE YOU INSTALLED HARDSPL?
If yes then in boot loader mode you should have OLIPOF showing. Do you?
If not and you are getting a white screen then follow the directions for the Whitescreen on the WIKI.

If I understand you correctly, then I think I can end the confusion.
Problem Summary:
You had an original shipped version of WM6 on your phone. You downloaded and flashed the official HTC WM 6.1 version. For whatever reason you want to revert back to WM6 but cannot because of the "Invalid Vendor ID" error.
If I got this right, then here are the steps you need to follow:
A) Flash HardSPL to your phone using the process outlined for phones with the "white screen"
B) Flash the original WM6 ship ROM you downloaded
C) Follow the instructions for removing HardSPL and returning your device to its original SPL.
Now please check the Wiki and the stickies in the Kaiser sections for the instructions on how to complete these steps. I am not trying to flame you, but you NEED to do this on your own. It is NOT difficult.

ringtones and apps should work w/o problems on your HTC s720 (aka HTC Libra). for upgrading to a new ROM i'm not sure, i think here we need more info about the libra (what version has the spl, ipl, is it unlocked, what for a CID, and so on).
maybe one of the cooks could help here with more knowledge than /me .
also have a look at the wiki, sometimes really helpfull and always interersting VOX Wiki Pages.

It has CDMA not GSM, therefore other drivers are needed. Extract a ROM for the S720 (if you find one, otherwise get it from the device itself). Then replace the OEMDrivers folder from a Vox ROM and cook a ROM with that. That should be a start, but I don't know if you can use the Vox USPL. So no idea if you will be able to flash it.

Well ive got no idea how to do any of that lol, im totally new to the HTC products and just came from using a long line of Blackberrys.
Maybe ill wait for microsoft to release the WM6.1

I own a HTC 6900 CDMA VOGUE, (vogu100)
wm 6.0, it comes with the gps configured external, same as sprint where configured intially, no wifi, no IR, just bluetooth an 1x,EVDO.
I`ve read (htc support and download page) that htc released an update for that equiment for sprint carrier (cdma).
it comes in english, radio updated to evdo Rev A, internal GPS activated and working, and some others changes.
My questions are:
1) how can i change the language to that recently released rom ?
2) My carrier is MOVILNET, in venezuela, anybody knows if there are any rom available with same charasteristics as above? wm 6.1 radio rev A, gps internal activated etc and with the carrier provider data?
3) if point 2 cannot be achieved can i write down (on a paper maybe), the data of the carrier displayed on EPST? flash the rom on device, then open EPST again and edit data with the one i`ve wrote before flashing and get my mobile working again with no problem?

I'm a totally new as for modifying PDAs, and I've been reading the Topaz forums, since I recently got one of those, but I find it really hard to understand the needed steps to upgrade it.
I read about how good the Nataly ROM is, but I know nothing about how to install it. My questions are:
It mentions Windows Mobile v6.5, but my PDA came with v6.1. How can I upgrade it?
What does it mean "manila"? I've seen it mentioned with different versions.
Is there a difference between Nataly's and a radio ROM? Can I use them simultaneously?
Do I need to do anything special to upgrade to these ROMs? I think my phone is SIM unlocked already.
My GSM provider is TIGO, in Colombia.

theres another version called sense and available only in cooked roms
