can somebody answer? do i have to CID unlock my phone before change rom? is it true that the only 1 way to do it isnt free?
Yes, the device needs to me CID unlocked using www.imei-check.co.uk or another site which I can't remember right now.
Currently there is no free way to do it.
When it's CID unlocked all you need to do is to find the ROM you want and install it.

Looking for Generic Italian HTC Kaiser serial or ROM

Does anyone have a HTC Italian Kaiser Serial so I can download the latest WM6.1 ROM direct from HTC or have a link to this ROM.
I have check the wiki & can only find big storage/Custom ROMs which is not what i'm looking for, I want HTC Generic Italian ROM preferably with Radio included.

I have a copuple of questions concerning the upgrade for my htc fuwa
dopos s700 . I have been trying to change it from chinese to english. spl version is
0.10.0000, can i flash the rom of htc elf to my htc?
