You should be able to use Resco Explorer to do this.
You can also enable Bluetooth OBEX FTP and browse your Share folder on the other device.

I'm using 3LIT3 VI Lite, the rom does not include BT Explorer and Java.
How can i download/install this two software/application to my Polaris?
Was try to search for BT Explorer, but they all came with .jar (format)
Is it Java will be needed to have BT Explorer?
And is there anywhere that I can get BT Explorer from?
If something else need to be down beforehand, mind to guide me through my problem?

why trying to use bluetooth ?
you can use your wifi instead
it is much faster and easier
just download Airdroid or Wifi file explorer from the market and you are done
or if you want to use bluetooth use bluetooth file explorer...
