Hey guys, got a question about my Magic.
Is it possible to change HTC sync so that I can syncronize Contacts AND Calendar like Hero ROM ?
I tried a lot of HeroRom´s but need also Bluetooth Audio.
Is it sufficient to share the PCSCII.apk (from a Hero Rom) ?

yes it is s.o has already managed to get it to homescreen but nothing worked really. therefore it is needed to programm/port the sourcecode to vox. to smartphone. it is possible but diffucult and a lot of work to do.

nope - nobody - as far as I can see - can make calls with android - perhaps it works when U are on PIN unlocked phone - but cant confirm.
BT connection depends on brf6300 - where there is no spec for it - seems to be 6100 gpio copatible
PICTURE - taking picture on wm is hidden and limited in size, so don't
expect that anyone will take it on linux
WIFI - loox like acxXXX - - just recompile linux kernel
In my opinion - 185MHz is scant to run anything U want.
But .... money will not back to manufacturer, so the are only interested to see omap3/4 in linux world

I hope i'm posting this in the correct section. This one seemed to make the most sense.
I have an HTC Magic from Proximus (Belgian operator) it's a 32A.
I went through a whole bunch of posts and finally rooted my device and installed cyanogenmod on it. I liked it very much but i was having trouble with my bluetooth and couldn't sync with local outlook calendar.
After a bit of searching i tried the HTC Hero 3G mod that was very nice also but again i'm having problems with my bluetooth (connects to the carkit but says it has no signal...) and i still can't sync with my outlook agenda locally.
To make it short, i'm looking for the following:
- A rom for the HTC Magic 32A (from Proximus)
- A rom that has working bluetooth so i can use my carkit
- A rom that can sync with my Outlook calendar (locally)
Maybe i didn't look good enough but i couldn't find one on the forum. Does anyone know of a ROM that is capable of all these things please?

Here is the german tread about this rom. Perhaps there is a solution.
Unfortunately, there were no tips on this side whether there is already an update coming (although Animelover wrote several times to make an update). Some users wrote that they have the same problem, but it was not entered closer on it.
All in all, it is successful rom (without mp3 as ringtone)
Very good ROM with mp3´s as ringtone.

But the comm manager only exists in light version,
so I do not know how to activate wlan and irda.
There´s only phone ans Bluethooth to choose.
I have installed HTC networkwizard and arcsoftMMS.
EDIT: Babak will cook a premium Version for GER !!! That´s great.

Perhaps, you give Animelover a donate, and he make a service for you. Think about, that all cookers make it in there freetime without taken money.
Hello and sorry for not searching too thoroughly among the existing threads for this.
I have met a friend with a HTC Desire and I was surprised/happy to see that the Desire still has the original HTC Dialer, as found on previous WinMo versions like Kaiser, Blackstone. This dialer is able to do t9 filtering for names in contacts, last dialled numbers etc.
I have a similar application, Dialer One, but since I was a 5-year WM user of HTC devices, I find that dialer as close to perfection as I would like a dialer to be.
Is there any port for Nexus One of this dialer?

EDIT: Looks like after continuing to search I found the correct answer to my exact problem in the following thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=638885&highlight=htc+dialer. Sorry for this thread, it can be deleted my MODs, if needed.
