Hi people!
I have a problem with my touch pro Branded H3G Ita..
I decided to flash the energy rom and it work really good, but the problem that i have depends on the radio version(1.02.25.23). I'd like to flash the radio but, surfing on this forum, i didn't understand if is possible to dump it or download it ( without a radio backup on my pc i can't flash the radio because of the warranty).. does anybody can hel me?
Thanks to all
Mr.Gab
That Radio can be found in this thread (post #3) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=470306
and of course here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=439566
But flashing a stock ROM in case of warranty usually also installs a stock Radio.
Oh Wait, you are looking for 1.02.25.23? Sorry, I read 1.02.25.32. I'm afraid I can't help you then.
yes... the problem is that i'm looking for 1.02.25.23 Thanks anyway
Pleeeeeaaaaase heeeelp meeeeee!!!!!!! XD

It doesn't look like that revision of the radio even exists, or maybe its just not listed in the Sticky posts or Wiki page.
I did find a ROM download on the Italian HTC site.
I can't make head or tails out of it because I can't read Italian. So I can't tell you which radio version is included.
Here is the link.
[edit]Its asking for the serial number of the phone.[/edit]
Give it a try.
Hope this helps.

Thank you very much but... no way
a region specific radio? haven't quite heard of that before. energyrom doesn't install a radio so i don't think that's your problem unless you flashed another one. and if it isn't on this site, then, you're in for a rough ride. dl the stock rom and dump it and extract the rilphone and radio. if you never flashed a radio, i think the rilphone may be your problem. just google on how to dump rom's.
either that, or hope you get lucky and someone here just happens to have that radio and rilphone lying around.

Italian rom
http://www.htc.com/it/supportdownloadlist.aspx?p_id=140&act=sd&cat=2
This is the support section of the htc site...You will need to give specifics about your phone...rom version..your service provider...and what you are wanting to do...As I understand you have a touch pro GSM phone that you want to flash energyrom..you are worried that your warranty will not apply considering you have a specific radio version.
Now first thing is have you called your phone provider or service provider to see if you download italian rom from htc if it will void the warranty??
If you flash energyrom...your radio will not change

Hi All!
This might have been asked a zillion times, but i couldn't find a very to the point asnwer to the question that if one installs the cooked ROMS available here on JASJAR/Universal, will at any point of time, one be able to downgrade or revert back to WM5 using the imate ROM available on club imate?
I tried searching the wiki but nothing substantial is there on this issue in relation to JASJAR/Universal.
If yes, then how and is there any special procedure to follow?
Kindly reply any one of you as I am thinking of upgrading the ROM on my JASJAR.

YES.
Preocedure is same: as you doing upgrade, you do downgrade.
Nothing special. Just run the WM5 Update Tool
Thank you both for the replies.
I would like to ask, are there any known issues while doing this?

Before you upgrade to WM6 make sure you have eatleast bootloader V1.0.
Going back to WM5 is no issue as long you follow the right flashing procedure and don't interrupt anything during flashing.

Sorry if i misunderstand you, but i guess you are looking for a copy of the original rom your device came with.
But you dont say what you have!
Give us a clue! Brand (operator), country, and version number would all help.

once you figure out what device you have, just go to the appropraite forum and "rom development" section and there will be a sticky up top with the OEM ROM.
I have a question also... How do you know if your Fuze (I have the gsm version) is using a custom ("cooked") rom or an OEM rom?

Unless you (or someone else) has flashed it, you'll have the oem rom.
if its 2nd hand, you can look in start\settings\system\device info
I went to my device info, and I have:
AtOmAng v5.4 21402 WWE.
Is this OEM or "Cooked"
EDIT: after searching the ROM on here, it looks as though mine is a 'Cooked' rom, however I can't confirm that, since I don't know what the OEM would say in the 'info'. thx
you have a cooked rom. if you had the stock oem it would read something like "5.11.502.2 WWE". i just installed the latest rom update from htc. if you have the one from att it would read "1.95....".

Ok, look here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=483325
to find a serial number suitable for ur country. This is just to download the official rom.
Than just flash it to ur phone. Ur phone should already have HardSPL because u have a cooked rom on, so no problem from this side.
The message "Sorry, this software download is not suitable for your device" just means the ur serial is from a pool of devices wich are sold not original but branded. The roms from htc are all the same for every serial. So u just have to go over the serial check for the download.
Hello,
Sorry, I'm new and I do not know if i am posting on the right place !
When I bought my HTC one S on sosh (orange), I had some problems with the radio (loose signal, cannot get / send SMS or call, ...). I seen that many peoples have the same issues too (radio version : 0.15.31501S.19+2.10.13.31501S.06L)
Because I would find a solution to my problems, I unlocked my phone and installed a custom ROM which have not resolved the issues.
Apparently, I have an old radio and there is not any solution to update it with a custom rom. I would like to restore the orange rom, relock the phone and delete CWM to be able to get the orange OTA update.
Unfortunately, I didn't do a Nandroid backup before to install the custom rom and I hope that anyone have a nandroid backup of the french orange install.
If anyone have that, could he please put it on the web for every persons whose in my situation ?
Many thanks to everyone and have a nice day !
Kyryan
(Sorry I'm french and very bad in english ! I hope you will understand my post )
I would also find this highly useful. It's really annoying that orange are delaying pushing out this update as my phone currently feels crippled, I've changed my ROM to LeeDroid but the battery life is still horrendous.

But there's no orange nandroid and as far as I can tell (correct me if I'm wrong), orange haven't pushed out the update yet so it wouldn't help him.
Do I understand correctly that he needs an Orange Branded 1.53 Stock, to get the update from Orange, or he needs to change the CID to flash an unbranded 1.53 Stock to get there the update?
In this case sorry for the wrong information!
Hello,
Thank you so much for replies.
2-propanol, any solution is fine when it allows me to update the baseband. I believe that change the CID of the htc one s is not possible yet.
I thought that the only way to update my baseband is to find an orange nandroid backup and wait for orange to receive the OTA update ?
I will check your link to see if that could help me, thanks
Edit : I checked the link that you sent me. Do you think that solution will work in my situation ? I think that if I have an orange CID, I will not receive any ota updates with his nandroid backup which is a constructor nandroid ?
Edit2 : I tested this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=26523092&postcount=113 and it worked fine without delete any datas of the phone, thank you very much !
Where within the ROM did you find the following files?
radio.img, wcnss.img, and adsp.img
I couldn't see them last time I tried to find them.
Also Kyryan have you noticed MASSIVE improvements since doing so? At the moment i'm getting 18 hours of usage with the screen on for just 1 hour...
Hi!
Changing CID seems to be possible, but also a little bit tricky!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1671643
to find the .img files try to extract the RUU with 7zip and then just search it

If you guys need any help I can upload Orange France RUU_Ville_U_Orange_FR-B2B_1.53.73.3_Radio_0.15.31501S.19_2_10.13.31501S.06L_release_251467_signed.exe to my dropbox account for you to use to restore to original;
Englishman living in Courchevel for 23 years parle français couramment. Send me a PM if you want a link to dropbox or any other help. I have One S Orange, changed CID to HTC__001, installed European ROM and it works perfectly, so much better than the Orange sh*t!! (but have Orange rom to restore just in case I have problems - just as you need). Si vous preferez parler en Français pour une assistance envoyez moi un PM - Anglais seulement dans le forum
---------- Post added at 09:13 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:55 PM ----------
Alternatively, along with the other posters here, I can help you to get CID change to enable you to use the RUU_Ville_U_HTC_Europe_1.78.401.2_Radio_0.16.31501S.17_2_10.23.31501S.10L_release_258480_signed.exe which has a newer radio - this stock firmware is the only way to upgrade the radio at the moment as we do not have s-off
This is the firmware I am running on Orange FR and it works perfectly, radio is great, has French language option and battery life is the best I have ever had on an android device (and I have got/had plenty )
Thanks stinky73...
I followed the instructions listed in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=26523092&postcount=113
and flashed the radio myself. Thanks a lot for your generous offer though and I'm sure I'll end up attempting to flash the CID at some point, at which I may ask you for assistance!
To answers to your questions, no, the radio update had not fix my 3g issue :s:s.
I think I will restore the orange stock image to send the phone in waranty ...
I am really disappointed by this phone ...
Thank you very much for your help everyone.
Is there another place where

Well,my screen went totally frozen.I can see the screen,I can see if someone is calling(there is no sound also) just couldn't move the ring to unlock.Total unresponsive, the suggestion was a re RUU would solve the problem.
I had the phone for 13months now, never missed a bit and didn't even think about rooting it.I came here when the problem happened and after reading almost every post on this forum I shall have to reconsider.
But first..to make it work again.

Hi,
Oh dear.
Try unlocking it again.
Best thing then,is to try and run one of the European RUU ,with the same firmware (3.32 )
Maybe that will work...
