Hello all, my USB port has snapped on my trusty HTC Trinity (P3600i) and I am looking for replacement board or an old trinity that I can make one good out of the two! Please advise!!

I know this won't change your life or similar, but i'm happy to inform you that i've replaced my broken LCD with one i bought on eBay (from vendor shop-uk)!!! My wizard is alive and kicking again!!!
Small info for those of you with the same problem:
Be aware that there are two different version of the LCD component for our wizard:
- Samsung LTP280qv-e01 (HTC part no. 60h00032-00) a.k.a. First Gen, a.k.a. gold cable ('cos the connector's color is orange/gold)
and
- Toppoly TD028STEB1 (HTC part no. 60h00037-00) a.k.a. Second Gen, a.k.a. black cable (connector's color black)
THE TWO ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE!!! If you need to buy a new LCD disassemble the old/broken one first, and check the serial number. Then order the replacement you need.

my wizard hit the ground, literally (sigh!) and now the lcd is broken, so sad. The phone still works though, and i'd like not to buy another phone, i'm in love with my vario too much!
Do you know where can i find a new LCD to replace the broken one? Is it too hard to replace the screen? Or so you think i should definitely abandon my beloved and buy a new phone?
Your suggestions will be highly appreciated, i'm so sad

Oh man so sorry to hear about the damage to your Wizard. Ebay will have what you need not sure about costs or how to replace the LCD but I believe the instructions for replacement are here in the forum somewhere. A quick search should uncover them.
I quickly looked out on Ebay and found screens for $32.99US plus $7.99US shipping not sure about getting the item to Italy but at least you have an idea of the cost.

I have a Fly Touch II infotmic pad... it is 220 processor and so on
it is one of the earlier models... Well Here is the problem
the Digitizer cracked... Which SUCKS But here is the bigger dilemma
The Screen has the 2mm ribbon plug not the 5 mm which came with later
models... My dilemma is i went to whitglobal and well They sent me one out
and of course it has the 5 mm They told me they don't have the 2 mm
pkug and it isn't a real Flytouch II and they can't get one... Does anyone
know where i can get one of these Your help would be greatly Appreciated!

Could you please help me on how can we fix broken touchscreens? I'm using Tinji (Tianji i9300 s3 clone) mt6577 phone. My Einstien brain managed to cut the flex cable to touchscreen and its now not responding at all. I'm using Tinji i9300 mt6577 chinese phone.
Initially, the screen did not respond on the right and left wing where I was struggling to even unlock it.. Thought of opening the cell and reassembling it myself looking at various forums feedbacks mentioned here. I opened the cell apart but before I could realize that the flex connection touchscreen, I already had broken it and now the touchscreen does not respond at all. Dead as stone!!
Is there a way to fix it. Request your help plz. Thanks.
buy a new one. those digitizers are not that expensive and getting a new one is easier than soldering a flex cable. trust me, i tried it myself on a cannoo.

Request you to please guide me from where do we get these digitizers? are they screen specific as in 4.7 inch or CPU specific as in mt6577 specific? Or will normal digitizer work? Thanks.
