Can someone tell me if I can forward a phone call on Sprint to a pre recorded message on my phone. I have a number that keeps calling and I want to forward to a message recorded automatically

It is possible with text messages but not recorded messages.
If you want the call to stop you can put them on the block list.

I'm looking for an application that rejects a call from a certain number and then calls back, does anyone know any app that can do that? I have seen tons of programs that can send block a call and reply with a message or do other things but none was able to reject a call and call back a few seconds later. Hope you can help me out

After few days of normal use, the incoming call will forward to voicemail if my phone is in sleep/ON mode. And if I am on outbound call, the incoming call will so as "waiting". The outbound call always work.
If I power cycle the phone, incoming call will work.
I think something not sync up between the phone and the ATT network.
Therefore, ATT think my phone is offline and forward the call to voice mail.
I use Dual. V3
Is this related to the Reg/power save tweak?

Google Voice is what I use for VM and seems perfect for your needs. You do not make a call to listen to messages. Instead the app downloads the message recording and you listen to it through the GV app. Keep in mind that does use a small amount of data.
I notice on the 4.1.2 jb roms the voice mail icon doesn't show up is there anyway to fix that
