Thanks for catching that, all fixed.
Not sure about video calls, not supported here, so try to get a 3G dialer and report back if it works well or not if you could.

i flashed m2d version.
very good rom, fast and stable so far. it has a lot of programs, and still has about 120 mb storage on fresh flash.
exchange server works well, as well as igo8. this is important to me and other users, and i ran into roms that had issues with those two.
in short, it seems like a rom that i'll stick with for a while.

regarding the M2D version: does this mean that CHome has been removed and instead M2D has been installed?? That would be great. Don't know if it is possible at all...

@ daheufster, i'm pretty sure there's a way to completely remote CHome (somebody please correct me if i'm wrong), however this is not the case with my ROM. You can switch between the two at your convenience.

You could, it's always recommended. I'm on radio .24.36 and it's working great.
@ dilmah, perhaps try another dialer.
First feedback:
I can't install any titanium plugin, everything else seems to work flawless so far.
Stable, fast and battery life is great as well.

I definitely like what I see, up until now I have only flashed the open touch roms but you definitely are making me consider a switch........any anticipated release date?
that looks amazing. i running a Diamond theme on ivan's just2clean zcink edition. this "bare bones" style of rom is very beneficial.
is it possible you could release a lite version of the rom as well. you know, the version that you use as your base before installing all your cabs that are not essential to phone functioning? for example i would love the audio manager and the contact cabs etc to be cooked in, but could do without opera and stuff.
this would be great. love the new look, its very sleek.

damn it, i just asked not to bake it in, and you asked to bake it in. its this type of crap that starts pissing the cooks off. why do you need it baked in anyways, find the cab!, that way others arent stuck with having something in a rom that they cant get rid of.
Sometimes, i miss the good old touch style, especially the Touch-It 4.4 style.

cooking opera will take up too much space... leave it out and install it yourself with the cab...
Is it possible to have a lite/micro version? Right now I'm using pointui for its finger friendliness, but with this rom (especially the oversized task manager button) it's finger friendly enough.
I really like the dialer, but could the audio manager be removed for the lite version? I use s2p for my music.
Also do you plan to include the big start menu? The default wm start menu aren't finger friendly, but the cab for big start menu I found messes up too much of my other stuff.

No need for the hostility, just seems every time I use the .cab for 9.5.1126 build it freezes up my system and I thought maybe being cooked in would help with that.
Also why is there all the argument over micro/lite versions? I've been loving itje's work since I started flashing (And yes it may not be that long ago) but isn't there almost always a lite and a biggy version? Me personally when I read Diamond style I think something that is going to make me think I'm using a better device then I have at the moment. Anyway sorry for the rant, love the work you do itje and can't wait to see how this comes out.

i uploading beta 2.. i have new htc home but when including wehn goes home lunch the device freeze
6.5 is very very similar with 6.1 the only deferense you can sliding the menu with the finger.. and is faster..

Installed and it is running well.
Noticed that the Phone Dialer does not have any images on it so it is white.
Installed and seems pretty stable...Same issue with the Phone dialer, can't see any buttons, installed HTC home with no probs...
I fixed the phone dialer by installing the phone canvas tweaked for rre.

What would make the Today screen of wm6.5 more appealing is the removal of the Icon titles. Most users know by now the functions of the Icons. having the titles on there gives a disoriented and sloppy look to a great ROM.

I think the sloppiness isn't because there's labels, it's because the labels aren't centered and sized right, which is probably a quirk caused by QVGA. In the official MS shots of the new 6.5 revisions, I think the labels look a lot sharper. No labels would definitely look better than misaligned labels, though, so hopefully somebody figures out a way to make them toggleable.

Well finally got it Dloaded.... Seem like great graphics but i ahd issues booting it up... frooze, now it vibrates everytime you touch the screen... was checking out other stuff and it locked up again... Looks like it could be real nice though... but 21198 is out...

Just flashed this rom, took 4 reboots to get it to boot after clearing the storage. So far so good but I can see the screen touch vibrate thing getting anoying, can this be disabled?

First impressions are good, this is by far the best 6.5 rom I have tried. Titanium is much more responsive than other roms. This one might be a keeper!

not really, if its usable for daily+the speed. theres no reason not to do so.

i think the 1.6 version for 192MB of RAM is the best choice, but the 2.1 are cool too.
Maybe i try to cook a 2.1 version. but not now.
I would try it, but I don`t like the RAM Hack one bit I`m a gammrer.. so if you think on releasing a version without it will def. try it .

3D games work slow cuz the RAM HACK. in home i try to cook a version without the ram hack.
I'll give it a go, will report back how I think.
Super fast, which is awesome. Only issue i've had is FC sometimes when I press the home button. I also got FC's when trying to setup google account, but i closed and it worked fine through market.

so far i can say this rom is really quick and stable i have had the phone last 12 hours with normal use 4 hours it was just sitting there the rest of the time was with music and texting and 2 1 and half hour phone calls also 3g was on. so far i have only had 2 FC in the music app aside from that in the zeam lancher the text message preview in the bar dont show because the text is black and you cant see it on the black bar also aside from that zeam is really great i like it alot and its quick
over all this rom runs great ^_^

Quick Question: The rom that your current working on, is the build older then the 3VO?
I believe using same build atm(21845), just becoming familiar with all of this, seemed like the easiest build to start with for setting up a good base kitchen/rom. As well I don't believe my provider(Telus) has ever released a 6.5 rom and I've read about the same woes I had with keypad layout and another providers software etc., so I started out by removing what I could.
I've just cleaned up the filesystem a bit more and merged the splashs from the forum, which I'll be posting asap. Not much of an update but I would say it's where I'm comfortable now starting with some actual customization/tweaks going forward.

htc ozone ROM
I have used ppckitchen for my old htc apache (xv6700) but I cannot figure out how to create any ROMs for my htc ozone. I have osKitchen Zero 1.33.5 and the HTC 6.5 update. I have imported the HTC update into the kitchen and tried to build it, but no combinations of settings work. I always get the following error: "Platformrebuilder has crashed, probably due to some unsupported module. Please try changing your packages selection and try again." Can somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong?

I have only been successful in my cooking efforts for Ozone/Snap with the EVK 1.3 thru 1.6(Thanks ookba!) kitchens. I started with Jmz Snap Kitchen(Thanks Jmztaylor!), just deleted the rom(it's for SnapS511) and started with a fresh kitchen and dump. Most of my troubles in the beginning were related to file permissions, and you may be familiar(if so I apologize) any changes you make to dump files(including just viewing them with EVK builtin editor) reset that files permissions to what they were before view/edit.

Mast3rmatt, are you using the rom with ozone or snap keypad layout? I only ask as I don't have an Ozone to fully test the rom, and would like to know forsure the keypad and service is as expected.

Thank you for this rom, the idea of using the basic is fantastic.... knowing that everyone will start deleting apps they dont need!
Now Im having a little difficulty I set my keyboad layout as Ozone casue im using and Ozone but when im on dialing my letter A works fine but when im writting in another app my layout is screw! and solution for this

Actually, I never used the rom but I did review the updates. Haha. Sorry not to be much of a help. I enjoyed seeing that you consistently updated your rom. I'm currently on a iphone 4g so im sorta out of the dash area
