Hi!
I have tried searching everywhere for a program for Windows Mobile 6.1 which can plot a GPX track file (that I have created used BeeLineGPS (www.visualgps.net)) onto a map such as Google Maps on my Windows Mobile 6.1!
I have tried suggestions of downloading the latest Google Maps and associating GPX files on my WM6 device to Google Maps however it does not plot the tracks on Google Maps, it simply opens up the Google Maps program.
I Would appreciate any guidance regarding software (preferrably freeware although please suggest any) or methods for viewing my GPX file tracks on a map.
Thanks

i'm new to the rss world, but i was wondering if there was a program that worked like itunes, where it would manage the rss on the pc and then just transfer the rss(or media file?) into the wizard. kind of how an ipod works????
rather than the wizard downloading from the wifi or gprs directly.
sorry if i sound retarted...........
hmm this works on the psp
http://pspupdates.qj.net/MyTunesRSS-v2-1-Out-Now/pg/49/aid/58898
try that
if it works post
From wikipedia (sorry about long paragraph)
"A podcatcher is usually an always-on program which starts when the computer is started and runs in the background. It manages a set of feed URIs added by the user and downloads each at a specified interval, such as every two hours. If the feed data has substantively changed from when it was previously checked (or if the feed was just added to the podcatcher's list), the program determines the location of the most recent item and automatically downloads it to the user's computer. Some podcatchers, such as iTunes, also automatically make the newly downloaded episodes available to a user's portable media player."
i want a program that can do something like described here
If you have WM5 you can sync media through Windows Media Player, and there is a piece of software that will download and create playlists for new RSS downloaded media files called iPodder, that can be auto synchronised then through ActiveSync.
http://ipodder.sourceforge.net/download/index.php
For things like news, and text based RSS feeds, you could either use something like AvantGo or ano other RSS news reader you find on Google.
I use iTunes for downloading podcasts then I have a batch file which transfers them over to my Charmer.
The podcasts aren't DRM protected so they play with no problems.
I was wondering if there is any software which will just give routes for journeies, rather than having a GPS reciever?
If you've got midlet support there's Google Mobile Maps

Hello,
I'm cycling with friends (organized rides). but I still want to cycle those roads again. I record the track every time through Cardiotrainer and I can export those workouts to an GPX or KML file.
Is there a program were I can import the GPX or KML file and that program exports audio as "within 100 meters go left". A sort of GPS navigation but with audio export and the possibility to import an GPX and/or KML file. It is necessary that the program can say it in audio and not only text because my Nexus One will be in my backpack.
For better understanding:
I am looking for a navigation app for Nexus One which can import gpx or KML file and then use the app and gps in the Nexus One for doing the same route on my bike but with an audio voice who says where I have to go.
Any hint regards apps or ways to do this very welcome.
I'm getting my Titan on Friday and I wanna know what apps you guys can't be without. I will not be unlocked so please only include apps which are "legit".

btw. you write "legit"? I would think everything here on XDA is legitimate, even if it can only be sideloaded.
I just realised I could browse the Marketplace on Zune software on my computer so, thanks for all the posts here tho
I actually recommend using the website, not the Zune software, if you want to browse the Marketplace on your PC. It is indeed posible, though.

I mean that I cannot put apps outside of the marketplace on my phone so people shouldn't include them in their list. I will probably buy the developer unlock but the 10 apps limit really sets me off, it isn't worth it almost.
ShopSavvy (This is way easier to use then its Android equivalent)
Toggle (I prefer this to Network Dashboard, works better)
Minesweeper (yay for easy XBL points!)
last.fm
Rad Now (great for finding out the weather radar looks like WHERE YOU ARE).
Angry Birds (cause its more easy XBL points if your any good at it)
HTC Hub (probably comes pre-installed on the phone), since its easy to keep track of the current weather forecast.
HTC Flashlight (just nifty at times)
I recieved the phone just three hours ago and I know all about it already, I'm so in love

Thanks for this app. While searching online I found your GPS phone location tracker app but I can't find any link to download it. So, I would like to mentioned another app that I found and somebody like me who lands here will find a good app. It's call GPS phone tracker and its free and really handy. I hope it helps.
