A question about skinning call history and pocket outlook - Touch Pro, Fuze General

Hello to all,
I am having a hard time reading the white call history page (see attached pic below) and was wondering how I can skin this? I'm not sure what this program is called so I couldn't find any skins searching
Also wondering if there is a way to skin pocket outlook, I really need a black background with white lettering to read comfortably with my visual impairment
Thanks for helping a blind guy out!

here is a pic of what I am talking about

They do alot of skinning over on this thread but I'm not sure if they'll have what you're looking for.

Thanks for the reply, I will check it out and report back

Want to make your Pocket PC Today screen look exactly like iPhone? READ THIS!

Guys and gals, I see this is by far the most frequently read thread. This is why I ask you here to click http://www.petitiononline.com/xdadevs/petition.html and sign the petition.
Here follows the original article:
XDA-Developers (the most active Pocket PC Phone Edition forum) forum member hanmin has just made available a way to skin your Pocket PC to, Today screen-wise, look exactly like an Apple iPhone.
You may also want to read the subsequent posts in the thread (starting with the 8th page; I especially recommend this).
Note that you MUST have a forum account in there to be able to access the attached files! Registering is very easy - just click this link and create a forum account.

With Wisbar Advanced 2 you could also skin it out with OS X.
edit:
I have removed image due to the following post:

wonderful-but just how does one install and activate these files? i've downloaded them, extracted them but haven't a clue how to continue and make them work on my PPC6700.
Way cool idea, though!

iPhone skins
This is probably a very dumb question, but how do you install claunch skins after you unzip them? After unzipping iPhone for example, there are 12 bitmap icons; iPhoneAlarm has a folder with some more bitmap icons, and a .skn file?! How does one proceed from there? I tried to drag these files to my pocketpc (under ActiveSync) but that did not worK?!
Also in a similar context, can I install theme files (.tsk) in the MY DOCUMENTS folder in the SD card? and not in RAM? I just did this, but when I look at my x50v under Settings>Today I only see what came with the axim (Dell Default, Guava Bubbles and Windows Default)! I cannot see my other .tsk files that are in My Documents BUT in the SD card! Did I do something wrong? Isn't it better to have the .tsk files not in RAM to save space? and is there anything that would automatically rotate through the .tsk files, like a screensaver?
Thanks for any advice/suggestions,
CP

Delete (I think this is right) the init.ink from StartUp in the Windows folder.
I also have the problem with the PhoneAlarm background.
Am I the only one that is able to get the phoneAlarm work with the carbon fiber background?!
This guy is having the same problem, but he solved it in a .. weird way. Others are having problems too. Let me know if you've found a solution.
My current iphone skin, only about 50% done (XV6700) Using Wisbar Advance and Desktop
Software Attached
SMS Screen:
Picture Dialer from Treo attached to Palm Threaded SMS
MAPS:
Microsoft Streets Pocket Edition
Weather:
SBSH Pocket Weather, taking up whole screen with Time fade at the top
Stocks: Opera opening to NASDAQ
Camera:
Built in camera software
Calc:
Skinned black stock calc
iPod: pPod
I'm going to redo and upload the Calendar and Clock icons so they can be used for %Date% and clock face within the clock icon, and that leads to a plain screen with just the clock bar... As I get to see more of the iphone gui, I can make changes as needed

iPhone without the Phone Alarm Plugin
I made my iPhone screen without the Phone Alarm plugin, since it looked to be a duplication of icons already on the screen.
However, I did change one thing -- instead of 32x32 icons, I resized them to 48x48 in order to take up more of the screen's real estate.
Then, to complete the skinning, I added Wisbar's Windows Vista Portable Edition Skin from the Lakeridge forums.
This is what I ended up with:

Two questions:
1) i've installed cLaunch, icons and iphone.skn
All runs ok except iphone.skn that even if i select it through cLaunch it isn't shown in the background skin, why ?
I've to change the extension or what ?
2) the 4 icons on the bottom side are only pics without shortcuts to the programs, isn't it ? othrwise how to make them runnable ?
Thanks

Can someone please clarify

I have been flashing ROMs now for several months and I am getting a handle on the process and great things I can do - thanks everyone. However I have a super basic question I can't find the answer to anywhere (I have looked everywhere so please don't respond if you want to criticize).
The question is what do you call the background picture? The one that is not on the Today page. It is often in the background on multiple locations. I have the new ENERGY rom which I love but it has the ugly black circle thing I don't like.
Is this a skin? a background? a splash screen? Thanks for your help
It is a background picture and can be easily changed

[Q] About the dark grey background

Hello people!
I hope this question (and the answer that comes with) has not been ask before, and I promise i have search before posting

Touch2 MyMobiler skin

Dear all,
Thanks for all the useful tips over the past few years, I've finally done something worth giving back to the community.
I noticed the HD2 and diamond skins but there wasn't a skin available the correct resolution for my QVGA Touch2... So I decided to make one using the existing skins as examples. The process was pretty straightforward and took me about an hour playing around to get it right.
I know that there will be some issues so let me tell you what I already know before you come back to me to tell me.
Anti-aliasing is a bit rough around the edges, it looks best on white backgrounds. At any zoom level other than 100% it does not go transparent and you have a white edge (which looks a bit ugly). According to other similar threads this is due to a bug with MM not the skin itself.
Also if you switch the skin into landscape it goes wrong. I am hoping that somebody may have some ideas as to how to get MM to rotate the skin, or be able to set a landscape skin up. I could not find any examples of this.
Also I don't think the start button works, although the button is mapped out.
Enjoy, let me know if you have any ideas about rotating it. I don't have much time to adjust but thought other people may well want the same as I did, so here you are. Feel free to improve on it.

Edit: Attaching screenshots
Hei, can you post screenshots, i dont understand whats that...
Apologies for the confusion, I have appended a screenshot as requested.

That is the point! But there was not a skin for My Mobile which makes it look like the Touch2 until now. Those screen shots are actually displaying my phones screen, not an emulator or static screenshot.
Have a look at this site: fuzemobility.com/mymobiler-skins-for-htc-hd2-tp2-and-more/ and you should catch on.
Ok, thought that the screen was "automatically" displayed by mymobiler.....
And since I use direct mobile device connection, never had the need for mymobiler .....
Will give it a try.....thanks for clarification!

[Q] "Light" Themese for my LEO

Hi community,
First of all, it's great to be on baord, and this seems an awesome community.
Now to my stupid question.....
I found this webpage whilst I was at work on Friday. Whilst browsing, I found a theme that I would like for my LEO, but I did not bookmark the page (stupid for an IT professional)
Anyway, I was hoping somebody might be able to help me; what I can say is that it was a "minimalist" theme, with very few buttons, a small on screen digital clock, and it had what I would refer to as an "electric blue" background....just blue, no images, actually the same shade of blue as my Honda
So, if anybody can point me in the right direction, I appreciate it. Once again, sorry for my stupidity.
I think this isn't it but it comes close... probably?
best regards,
Myrixamophit
Thanks, but that is not the one
Incredibly, it is even simpler than that! I cannot remember the name of the person that posted it, but I scrolling through the forum now, because I know that as soon as I see the name again, I will recognise it.
Thank you once again
lots of "lite" themes possible with CHT 2.0....
but have you tried looking in your browser's history? (you probably have...but thought i would ask!)
I have looked through my cache; but at work, system automatically clears it.
BUT, I remembered today, was a few pages forward from a "wooden theme" that a developer did by using a shelf from Ikea....lol.
Wonder if this will help?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=7566718#post7566718
?
i used it in my endkey program....maybe it will help....

Hi Kuan Teen,
I'm sure I saw what you're looking for but wasn't here in this forum. I saw it in the "post your today home screen" thread in the android themes forum, so try there and you will find it.
I hope you get it, good look my friend
Once again, thanks all
I've accepted the fact now that perhaps somebody has removed the theme that I wanted. Perhaps it was a photoshop job? I've read that people do that sometimes.
New problem now....lol
Last night, I installed a theme, and tried to install it on my device, but the device complained about lack of space (I have Duttys ROM installed). So, can I install on the memory card (16gb)?
Thanks guys.
err.. don't know for sure but Blue SK-i was the first theme that came into my mind when I read your description
