Hello, first I flashed my p750 with spanish official asus rom, QVGA, and tomtom 7.915 worked perfectly. Now , I have flashed with Sorg 1.02 VGA ROM and tomtom runs quite slow, but not as slow as on my htc tornado. I wonder if I could run tomtom 7.915 QVGA version on my VGA rom. If not, what can I do to get tomtom faster? Anybody knows what are the correct parameters to set on tomtom gps ? ( now I have NMEA, 57600, GPS).
PS. Also the arrow on VGA tomtom is too small ... anyone knows how to get it bigger? thanks.

I'm searching for a navigation solution for the Palm Treo 750v and Germany/Europe.
I did a quick test of Navigon PDA 5 two weeks ago when I had the device for testing but was only able to start the software. The problem with proper display proportion was obvious.
After some mails and searching on the web I got this:

I useTomTom 5.2x and Igo both are working fine
Also tried Navigon 5, works also on the Palm Treo 750v
Tomtom 6 is working fine on Palm Treo 750V
tomtom 6 working fine on my 750v

Do you also have the crimped screen?
But if it works for you thats good news Maybe Navigon will do some testing also...

as far is i know universal only supports vga, which is 640x480.

For PPC2003 there was NyDitot Virtual Display where you could set arbitrary resolutions which were downsized to the 240x320 display. I often used 360x480 (240x320 * 1,5) with my iPAQ H3660. Their homepage says the 5.02 should work with WM5. Maybe it works with WM6, too.
On the Universal you should be able to use 960x720 (640x480 * 1,5) ... which might look a bit blurry, but should still be usable.

Curious to see if it work.
it works on my vox (s710), so probably will work on the tornado. problem is you don't have a touchscreen so you need a program like fakecursor to emulate the mouse.

also tried it on my tornado and it works. i took the files from ttnav_7.450.9028_repack3 found on the internet. The install-cab file doesn't work on the tornado, but i copied the TomTom Navigator.exe and data.chk file to program files\Navigator directory and made a shortcut in the startmenu myself.
So the program works, but you need to emulate the mouse to be able to use it. It is much like Navigator 6. But give it a try and see for yourself

Works the same on my brother's Tornado with WM6.5 Standard ENG OCOS 5.2.21234(Build21234.5.0.1)ver.1.0 Lite by Gregorys Rom.
I'm also working on a TomTom Launcher that looks for TomTom executable in device or storage card, allow to select screen rotation, fixes TomTom window moving to background (sometimes) and keeps screen alive during navigation. Hope to solve also Fake cursor issue when screen is in landscape mode (by a lightweight dpad hook). Exiting TomTom restores initial phone conditions.
It requires .net CF2, WMtequan.cab and TDM.cab installed first.

It worked on my startrek and pretty much works on tornado. I just need to reactivate the maps. I use the blue version- there's a link in the startrek forum.

It's Ok, the french_Q3 map have a problem. when i delete the map, it's ok.
I'v download a fresh version of MN7 (7.3.0 RC1.27).

If you look in Kaiser software there is a TF3D QVGA, not sure if Prophet suffers the same driver issue, regards sleep?
it shows: Launching touchflo3d , and then tap to launch... so it doesnt launch
