ROM for Compaq IPAQ H3970 - General Questions and Answers

Hi, is there somebody, who can give me ROM for that machine, but better than WinCE 2003? I know that better rom isnt, but there must be some sort of emulation. Thank you

have anybody tried to put WM 6.1 on there Ipaq 614c
Please allow me another question here: Why would you like to upgrade to 6.1? What are the differences (advantages)?

Running Office Mobile on WinCE5.0

Dear All,
as far as i have understood it'd be possible extract OfficeMobile from a PDA's ROM (ex. diamond) that runs WM6 (= WINCE 5.0).

After tons of searching, I cant find any solutions on installing WM on an Ipaq. I have an Ipaq 3800 running PPC2003. I would like to upgrade it to WM5 or WM6 or even android if possible. Can anybody please help me out or point me in the right direction? THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Compaq Ipaq H3900

Hi guys. I have a Ipaq H3900, would i be able to test some of the roms on this device. I have a X1 wich is my work phone and woul like to flash the ipaq to test all sorts of roms. I know it would not be a exact test but i would be able to see how the rom looks and the programs loaded?

I just undusted a iPAQ H3900 myself and wonder if there is any upgrade possible.
PocketPC 2002 premium is installed and I like to have some newer WM systems tried.
