Hey guys,
i recently bought a HP iPAQ RX1950 on eBay. It's has german installed on it and i wanna change and upgrade it to english. I downloaded the english rom from the hp site, extracted it an started the update utility. Now i get error 203 - Update is incompatible. The model ID is missing, it says unknown. I guess i won't be able to update my iPAQ as long as there is no model ID present.
Can anyone help me on this problem ?

Here is the problem. I just bought my xda neo from o2 in germany 2 days ago. I want to update it from german to english So I downloaded a file to do iit. It is the same file many have been using:
RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_Ship-NoVendorID.zip
1st when I go to update it tell me I have version 2.15.4.140
and the I will be updating to version 2.15.13.121
Now first of all I am updating to an earlier version is that correct?
Anyway, I get the error 302 within 10 seconds after it starts.
So it does not really do anything. The screen changes to the 3 color bars and that is about it. Then I have to reset it and I am back to square one.
I am using the:

I download the latest activesync version 4.2 from microsoft in english and I am using that for synchronizing.
Could anybody help me with this problem.
Is my version too recent?
What is the best software fix for this problem?
Could you also recommend so other performance boosting software and where to find it?

Hello everyone..i just buy used qtek8010 and the version of windows is very old so i need the last rom update from the site of qtek and i cant register on the site cuz the IMEI is invalid and used and all the updates on the internet are in the old database of the qtek site >>>>

my hp ipaq 114 device has a windows crash which cant be solved with hard reset
I was told that a rom update might help
sadly there isnt one available for my language
So I was wondering if any of you guys could "hack" the english version and make it update my DUTCH hp ipaq
I dont mind if my hp ipaq is english afterwards
note: there isnt any dutch rom update available only the english one on the hp site
