i have a simple question for those who promoted their omnia's from the official site , i've promoted my omnia by the cocked roms using start tell job done this is the way i knew but i wanna know the steps of promotion using an official rom i've downloaded samsung updater for rom dxia5 and i alredy have active sync. plz tell me what to do ?

3. If any one of the above can't answer your questions ( i don't think

Dont you just love helpfull people!!!
1. Now i thought this was the forum for the XDA mini
2. ive tried to get into the wiki sections today and got a crappy error.. not the normal page cant be displayed... more of a forum crashed type error
3. the search is really good if you know how to term your question.
Sorry i got one of these replys from a 'higher' member and I was in the right post. so at the risk of anoying more ppl i did another post in another section asking the same thing.... guess what no replys..
Not even my question just getting narked with this kind of answer from higher members. we need a decent FAQ for new ppl.. with locked threds so they dont get out of hand. with a mod handling updates to these areas.

All of the roms are equal and harmless to your device if you follow the correct flashing procedure. Try them out and figure out which one is the best for you.

There is no best ROM
The best ROM is the one fits you better for your needs and preferences
Please do some reading and find it for yourself
Try severals till you getthe one you like more
My personal preference goes for Tomal ROM´s
somone help me please regarding my XDA EXEC i am unable to flash Tomals ROM , kindly guide me i need to reflash da original ROM

Hi all...
So i have this big problem. Ive installed the DonSalari Rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=549460
and now the problems start flowing...
1. My camera doesnt work....
2. Cant configure active sync so i cant link my phone to pc...
When i plug my cabel i get HTCUSBtoPCPopUp.exe eror... so i cant upload the original rom...
What to do help please

I found the file but even after flashing there is no super user preinstalled like on at&t and i cant run or install super user. . .
