Hmmm you are using the latest one for mobile phones! Being said that, you can do vista look alikes with WAD, search for it through the link in my sign.

i can also confirm it works
synced my m700 with no problems then flashed it all ran okay.
wish i had this last week as i had to remove vista then re-install xp onto my laptop so that i could sync.

I know this is a dumb question for you guys ... I recently bought HTC TYTN II and started using "XDA-Developers".So, Im completely new to this site and the words being used on this forum..My device has Windows 6.1 as OS(Operating System) . What is this ROM? is it OS? If so, When I install new rom....It will delete windows 6.1 ? Just getting confused. Thank you.

The official 6.5 from Microsoft has not been released, so there wont be an official download link. But check out the rom development section and you can find several cooked roms with windows 6.5 cooked in....i personally recommend any rre roms....fast, stable, and great support in the thread!
there wont be official 6.5 rom for the fuze since it doesnt have a windows key
but ive been using 6.5 for about a month on it its great
the fuze does have a windows key on the keyboard.... it's the top left button on the keyboard... unless there is another windows key that I do not know about.

yes 6.5 you can, you need to install hard-spl then one of the roms.
