I just upgraded to WM6. When I open an email, the header is a very large font and takes up most of the screen. I know I can click Menu>View>TextSize and change the size of the font, but this only changes the size of the font in the body of the email, and not the header.
I know I can scroll down past the header to view the message body, but I liked being able to view most of the message with just one click.
Any ideas? Anyone else having the same issue?

Y.
I have edited read_style.css to make received emails display better (smaller font) on a screen. But this has no effect on the compose (New) email screen. Fonts are still large. I tried editing the compose_style.css file, but it didn't make any changes to the layout. I want to make the To:, Subject:, and body 7 point. Any ideas?
Any help, please?
Hi guys,
i have seen some topic regarding increasing the column size of the typing space in threaded sms, however is there a way we can reduce the font size on the letters that we are typing in the threaded sms screen.
i know by increasing the typing space we can see more lines, however i still feel the font size for the letters that we are typing in is still abit too big for my liking. and if its possible to reduce the font size, i could fit in about 3 lines in the typing space which would be great.
Thanks in advance to whoever who can find the solution to this. Thanks!

Hi there if you go to settings/screen/text size tab you can reduce overall system font size which also reduces the font in threaded sms. Just depends on whether you like the smaller font for everything else. Cheers!
It might be that your "scroll wheel" changes the font size (the d pad thingymaggigy)... try to draw a circle like in mobile office to change font size
^ I can't seem to find somewhere to change font size. Ifound styles, but not size.
@Hahahalalala: You can set the default font size in the text layer setup in the app's handling settings (for the text layer) and the text drawing tool setup in the app's tools settings (for the text drawing tool). Note that changing the default font size for the text layer will affect all notebooks.
To locally adjust font size, select `larger´ or `smaller´ in the keyboard menu (for the text layer) or in the popup menu that comes up when clickin on the `A´ icon in the lower left corner.

Thanks! I found it. Also, is there somewhere where you can know the font size? For example, I would need 12 for some papers. Or I should just use quick office for that.
What do you mean by text layer though?
@Hahahalalala: LectureNotes does not `think´ in physical lengths, it only knows about pixels, and hence there is no meaning of a font size of 12pt. A font size of 100% yields 29 lines per page, this corresponds to a font size of approx. 24pt on an A4 page.

@acadoid
Oh thanks! I appreciate it.
Last Question: When you turn into keyboard mode are you able to get rid of the dotted lines that show up around the paper to indicate it is keyboard mode? It tends to annoy me.
@Hahahalalala: You can disable the frame in the text layer setup in the app's handling settings.

Sorry, one last question. @acadoid
How do I turn shortcuts on? For example, I see in app handling settings if I use Ctrl B I will make it bold or Ctrl - I will make font smaller, but whenever I do press Ctrl + something it ends up just being the letter I press and it doesn't change the font color or size when I try to use shortcuts.
@Hahahalalala: Whether CTRL works or not depends on the keyboard you use. If the letter shows up, then the shortcut is not send to LectureNotes. Try ALT or ALT-GR as alternative. Note that shortcuts can be adjusted independently for text layer and text drawing tool, so take care that you change the right settings.
Note that there are several general threads concerning LectureNotes, so that it might be better to continue there.
