I'm using my all messages folder a lot, so I want it to look like the rest of TF3D, instead of the windows mobile interface. The thing is, I don't know anything about making themes/styles on my D2. I can use the registry but I'm not really good at this stuff so, here is what I would like to have:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
(no I'm not being spammed, I duplicated these in photoshop )
and I forgot a scroll bar =)
It doesn't have to look like this in the messages tab in TF3D, but I would like to have the list of all messages to look like this.
If anybody knows how to make the All Messages screen like this, help me out
I'm interested in this, too.
Good work on this mockup, it'd be cool to see it in action... if only I could program.
I wonder what changing the default background colour of Windows to black would do to making it look a little more like it belonged.. (of course I have no idea if that can even be done).. Nice mock up, though.

I love what I am having in my KS20 now but is there any application which is thumb-friendly for Task? I use it a lot as shopping list or To-Do list. The existing WM6 is so un-friendly if I do not use stylus. i've already have PCM keyboard with iPhone skin.
Try ThumbCal: http://thumbapps.com/web/pages/thumbcal/overview.php
I've already hv ThumbCal but I want a task pgm that do not go by date. THanks for suggesting...
try hgAgenda
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=423558
hi NIR36,
Thanks a lot for the suggestion but I see hgAgenda works similarly like ThumbCal too, right? And the task function is tied to a specific date. I'm just looking for a plan 'checklist' like program but finger driven.
Perhaps I should learn up PPC programming (since I'm in programming line) and write up something like that
Have you tried SpoonDo?

looks similar to Thumbcal but will try out, thanks for the suggestion.
SpoonDo looks promising, giving it a try myself.
Ive come across how to activate the clock in the taskbar, but as you all know that hides/covers the battery icon. This is a major flaw in design.
Ive seen many screenshots with where people have the time then custom icons including the battery, however this seems like it would cover up the X on some applications.
Examples here.

This is how i want my taskbar to look [photoshopped]. With the original icons, with the battery and clock and room to close programmes

Im sure this tweak must be achievable.
Thanks in advance
You just need to install BattClock then configure away
Pretty sure ive tried that, and batti. Never managed to get it like i want
if i'm not wrong the so called task manager has been done away with in the new version..
i couldn't get it up too. the blank space on top left is now new taskbar or wadeva that is...?
Hello...
I've been following a lot of these threads for a while and having decided on my ROM of choice (toms) and doing as much as i understand i've hit my wall when it comes to knowledge of the system! The background i use is quite light and makes it difficult to read the text under certain tabs like the Text tab and the twitter tab. Is there a way i can simply change the colour of the text?
Is there a way i can do it? i'm a quick learner
Thank you.
Here's my background... it's a picture from a walk i did a few months back and it looks great as a background with a few transparencies added withing the tabs.

I sort of found something here:

seemed a little complex, but i'll give it a go over my lunchtime..
Love having conversations with myself
I can't actually find the files on my HD2... can anyone help?
Looking through lots of threads it seems quite a difficult task!! is that why there are no other replies to this thread?
So I use chompSMS all the time, tried everything else around and it allows me to reply quickly to txt when i need to. Recently I been working on creating some themes but haven't got things to where I want to release them. I Bought the extended controls on market and really loved the customization. More colors would be nice but I thought using the same idea or other apps such as chomp would be great. As of right now I skinned my widget and things are not perfect but, I will get it there soon enough. Maybe at some point I could build an app that would allow you to customize these widgets and apps.
Here is a screen shot of what I did to mine. If you understand how to edit png files and install apps then the process isnt too hard. PM me if you want the instructions other wise i found the widget backgroun in /res/drawable-port-hdpi. From what I can see most things in it could be customized.

Hey there,
Is there a way to "sort/clean" the start menu. Usually the start menu ist collumnwise shifted. Is there a way to get the menu straight like on the iphone (bad word ^_^).
I hope its understandable? Below are pictures.

vs.
Not sure about sorting, but to change the layout you can use this:
http://www.xda-developers.com/windows-mobile/tweak-wm6-5-x-start-menu-easily-with-jwmd-armids/
No, not really,
I don't care about how many grids I have.
Just want to have it sorted (see images above)
use a third party app called "vito winterface" clean looking...search for it and try the trail version...m sure u will like it !
You can use another utility made by nullstring. It lets you sort by name, etc. and I think you can move the shortcuts around as well. If you feel like using custom icons, it can do that too.
