I guess yes WM6.5 is more thumb frndly and eye catching ... secondly there is no WM6.5 Pro v4.1, in my ROMs versions are of ROMs not WM6.5 so WM6.5 is recognized by builds and is still BETA

ive got loads of software and games and when i try your rom will i need to get all my software again or is there a way to save it?
if i had them installed on my memory card will that work?

Nopz, you install any new ROM and you lose all you had before
well if your roms are worth it a mite as well put new rom on

I have upgraded from wm5 to wm 6.5,and some old apps I have on my mem.card still works,u just have to find in the program folder on mem.card the .exe file of the app u have,then copy,then go to the device memory,windows folder,and find the folder where are the links of the start menu.then use comand "paste link" or "paste as shortcut".I used resco file explorer for this,and my msdict is working great.

I know this is possible, but some apps wont work because they need reg keys also

The rom was built for the wizard so that the wizard coud handle it. It's not the fastest out there with touchflo but it looks the nicest and is still reasonably fast.
I personally use TNT.1437 Touchflo with a modified OS so that is has a 10MB pagepool and it is very fast.(special Thanks to its right for his original rom)
Hello all, I have a newly acquired Sprint Touch Pro and have been seeing a full manila upgrade floating around, should I upgrade to this or is it not necessary unless using custom themes? Also will it replace/override most of the current manila files? 18Mb seems pretty big for a cab file. Sorry for my ignorance and thanks in advance.

i just upgraded to the new manila after needing a hard reset for something unrelated and i love the new manila it is a lot better. at first it was slow but after some soft resets or changes in advconfig or installing swype (not sure which) it is now just as fast as before. i would recommend it but you may need to hard reset which is what held me up before.

The new manilla's integrate themselves into the os alot more than the older ones, i would not advise installing 2.1 by cab, you are just asking for trouble and errors ect and it cant be uninstalled so once you installed it your stuck with it, either flash a new rom with the manila u want included or keep the original one, im using my own cooked rom with the original manilla, i dont need 2.1 or 2.5, neither of them were made for our device or work perfectly with it, so u mite as well use the manilla that was made for the device your using not a touch pro 2 or HD 2

Can in any way without harming my rom & slowering the system speed .. can I add tabs in the touch flo ( like calender , stock, etc )

I am running touchflo 2.1 (manila 2.1) installed from a cab and have no real problems at all. The only issue I have is with the Tachi dialer and that is only necessary if you wish to make calls from the people tab. If you install the 2.1 touchflo and don't like it you can use total commander and delete all the manila files and soft reset your phone. The manila files are the touchflo files and will be restored from the rom. Hope this helps

for flash look on my thread under steps...there is all you need
->if you want not my rom but another flash another...it´s always your choice what you flash

0. flash hard spl
1. first original rom and hard reset (hold the two left and right buttons on the bottom + stylus reset) if you see the calibration screen
2. rom of your choice.. also with hard reset
3. radio (soft reset comes automatic)....not a must have....but if you have little freeze

wifi it´s not a problem of megan rom its a known problem that come sometimes if you flash...hard reset maybe new flash will solve the problem....
you must know what you will flash...megan rom ( thanks salvy... )is a classic wm 6.5 rom...with startmenu on top...
my is a new style wm 6.5.X rom with startmenu on bottom...i really like this...because it´s more fingerfriendly...
and yes flash the original rom +hard reset if you see the calibration screen and flash eg. my rom....
look at my thread under steps post 2....the rom you flash is your choice but the way is always the same

what's the difference between the lite one and the "standard" of your ROM? you didn't mentioned it in the official post ...

Standard...is a full rom with all programs and games and so on...in the lite i exclude some things like eg..not needed games and programs (m2dc etc) and some sounds to have more free space for eg. spb mobile shell....

why dont you think ab out trying to cook your own ROM?
i know it sounds hard - but that way you can add/remove programs and setting so the 6.5.3 ROM is juswt right for you.

Well, i tested it a few days ago.. and found a few problems..
1stly was on the bootscreen where ir say what ROM you running it came up wiv:
D.0.4.6 - which is a tomal rom, but if the HTC64_tool i put: S.Pro V1...
also i added Office 2010 =] tired and then it came up with a error sign but no informtion, then tired One Note and same problem.. So for now i've stopped...
As i've been on holiday over easter but might try Thingonasprings kitchen... and rebiuld my ROM =]
Sorry guys but it take me half hour am I gest can not find the last windows mobile English for my diamond2.I have basic version and I want to change it becouse iGO is so stubborn it don't want to install a new version it giv me a error like "Do you want do downgade the old vercion?" and if you can giv me the link with iGO 8 also I will be werry hapy.

Go here and download any WWE version that you found newer. They're original shipped ROMs for topaz, if you want cooked ROMs (which they are including latest WM builds, updated packages, tweaked settings, etc.) you can find them easily at the Topaz ROM Development forum, go and find your flavored ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=486

Your iGo issue is not ROM related.
It's because you have different versions on your SD card.

I put AmiGO in it but it giv me the 480x800 resolution skin not found.

I had a similar issue on an older device and had to completely remove all iGo files, then just put back the newest ones because I had so many different builds that it was conflicting with everything.
Make sure you install from 2577 folder on root of SD card and put all resource files into iGo folder on root of SD card.
Also check your Sys.txt for errors.
