1. Hard-SPL flashing (GER & EN)
2. Enter Bootloader- Mode (GER & EN)
3. Hard-Reset (GER & EN)
4. How to flash a cooked or recunstructed ROM (GER & EN)
PS: When it is ok, we can add it to the wiki...

Habe damit meinen MDA Vario 3 erfolgreich von dem T-Mobile Zeugs befreien können! So wo ich das sehe ist nur das StartLogo von der T-Com noch da! Bekommt man das auch noch irgendwie weg?
Ich bentuze jetzt: KaiserHTC_GER_1.56.407.3Reconstructed! Gibt es davon schon eine neuere Version in deutsch? wenn ja welche ist das und wo finde ich Sie??? Und spiele ich die genauso ein nach der Anleitung?

yes you can flash a new splash-screen, but it gives no come back to the original , because warranty or reclaims....

Is there any way to return to the german T-Mobile original SPL (for warranty return?) Or is the SPL a detail, which is not checked at the provider/manufacturer?!

I use your M-Opal-Rom on my Kaiser, but now i want to cook my own 6.5er ROM for it in german.
Can you give me a german tutorial like your pic-FAQ?

Mein HTC Kaiser läuft gut mit diesem Rom, nur meine Speicherkarte wird nirgends mehr angezeigt.... Wie kann ich das beheben.. Thanks

Maybe someone could make another Thread for an English List?

Teijak V8 without Manila (!) is for me the best ROM.
Manila is for kid's play, nor for basic business use.
Additional I tested many Radios.
The best for me with Vodafone and T-Mobile in Germany is the 1.65.28.25.
First fix of GPS is not so fast but the battery drain is in 3G the lowest.

Wo bekommt man das denn? Ich finde von Teijak nur noch die Manila-Sachen.
Gibts daß auch auf deutsch? Fänd ich sonst alleine wegen den Formeln in Excel etwas doof.

gugg doch in den ersten post...da isn link zu teijak's rom's von v1-v9 und dann noch EXTRA das Manilla 2D Rom..
EDIT: und ja, iss auf deutsch, der thread heißt ja auch "German Rom's"

AND works great with BlackberryConnect Version 103 without changing the version registry entry.

hallo zusammen, ich bin seit gut zwei wochen stolzer beitzer eines kaser (mit T-Mobile branding)
und mir geht so langsam der ganze t-mobile schit auf die Nerven
jetzt wollte ich fragen obe es auch ein "normales" blankes rom für den kaiser gibt ohne großen "schnick-schnack"?
kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen?

but it's not very difficult to understand and use an English 6.5 ROM - give Energy ROM 3.0 a try!

Help after attempt upgrading my Xda 2 with HTCMAG_ROM_WWE_O1 is dead.
cannot boot system,reset some.

Please remove battery let inside backup battery use up. then recharge and try again.
If luck, you XDA can be recovered.
