In orange home screen gesture application,there are five different gestures.please refer attached snap shot of the page,which will explain this application in more details.
Now my request is,please inform the procedure which will facilate to create our own finger gestures of the similar types,which could be used for opening different menu options.

The finger gestures you refer to are an iintegral part of the Orange Homescreen. This is a separate application incorporated within the original ROM. I've appended the source .cab file. There are gesture icon images within the Assets.dll and also the Settings.exe files. But in order to adapt for more general usage, would need someone with the ability to open up the existing application and recode as a standalone feature.

@gunjanent, I'm sorry to dissapoint, but what you are trying to achieve is not a simple task. You would need to be able to disassemble the .exe and then create and compile a new application to run the finger gesture functionality as a separate feature. I have no way of being able to find out how that has been implemented I'm afraid. You need a real expert with access to appropriate coding tools to be able to do that. However, if there is anywhere that it will happen it is probably here on XDA

Hello, you may say this is the wrong forum to ask this but I've googled all night and the closest thing I found to what I want is the kind of thing XDA developers do to Samsung Galaxy cameras. If you cannot help, could you at least tell me where I can find this kind of help?
Basically, I need to modify a pocket camera firmware, or find someone who could do it for me. There would be a batch of code that I want the camera to skip/ignore/jump over.
To be a little more specific: when I turn my camera on (it's a pocket camera with its own proprietary firmware, NOT an Android camera), there's a zoom error. The error message stays on the screen and I cannot access the camera functions because of it. I want the camera to skip checking the lens assembly altogether.
If there's anything on this forum or any other forum that resembles what I'm thinking, please direct me to it.

The movement settings says only take photos when movement, I'd like it to do both.

Last night I was out taking pictures of Comet Lovejoy and the Pleiades using my Canon 1100D with 50mm lens on an Astrotrac tracking mount. I was using DSLR Controller software for focus and framing and decided to try to use the intervalometer function to control exposures. The intervalometer worked fine, but I couldn't find out how to view the images as they came in on DSLR controller with the intervalometer running. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so how do I do it?
