Dude, why would you buy from that site???? Chinese phones = scam 99% of the time.
I have two chinese phones. I knew they would be crap, but I liked the from factor . That is the only thing they are good for. Amusement.

hi, i have buyed a chinese phone too ( N73 clone, dual sim ), it works well, but is only gsm/gprs, don't work whit 3G sim...
maybe have you tryed them whit a 3G sim??
Don't buy phone from them !

Finally I have Touch which works for other network, See the attached image.
Instructions are very simple
a) Follow the Instructions.txt given in the zip package.
b) Switch off your phone
c) Remove the SIM and insert a new SIM with other operator
d) Switch on
e) It will ask for the Unlock code, Enter the eight digit code besides your IMEI
See my Touch is Working with HUTCH (in India)

HAHAHA !! So, Mr. Rajan, where did you steal that from ? And I like that special thanks to..... thing... BTW, I am the whole-n-sole designer of this unlocker..( even the zip file name for that matter..hehehe ) )...and yes, when I gave it to someone, I knew it would very soon be posted as someone else's solution.So, I kept the final release with me...and name the result code file as 'unlock_result.exe'....hehehe.. it's actually a .bin file.
To prove my point, I would post the final release tomorrow...I won't have been bothered had you not mentioned the special thanks to the people who probably have done nothing other than stealing it for you...hehehe
And yes, to the users of Touch, this unlocker will work with any Touch in the world not just the ones in India...

I'm going to be getting a work mobile in a few weeks on the O2 network in the UK. I was thinking of a blackberry but then saw the XDA's (HTC). I don't really need a PDA but its a works phone and having excel would make my job a lot easier as I don't have a laptop but need some access to excel in the warehouse, as well as outlook and messenger when I'm out on site.
Now the 2 that's I'm looking at are the XDA Stellar (http://www.my-xda.com/devices/xda_stellar.jsp) and Orbit 2 (http://www.my-xda.com/devices/xda_orbit2.jsp). The problem is that they are just re-branded on the O2 network and I cant figure out which are the related HTC phones. So could someone tell me which are which so i can do some more research.
I have been reading review and seems the Stellar is a better PDA/phone as its got the slide out KB. But typical O2, i cant really tell what are the differences as one pages says one thing and the other something else.
Does the stellar have a touch screen like the orbit, with the same funtionality?
Both do Wifi and GPS?
can i get tomtom software for the XDA?
whats the battery life like on both phones? (I have heard horror stories when using 3G or WiFi with a sub 4 hour battery life)
Can u 'image' the OS and stuff like u can on a PC to back up everything? (i ask because I do like to have a play and its nice to know u can get it back to factory settings again)
any helpful links u peeps might have to gimmi a help deciding? reviews, guides ect ?

After a quick flick through the forums I'd say you wouldn't have much luck here, particularly as the main focus is HTC Phones. I don't know how compatible the hardware on your phone would be with anything manufactured by HTC. You could always try searching the forums with "Daxian" and see what you can turn up, there seemed to be a little bit of discussion but no real solutions.

Hello all, I work at a laptop/pc repair shop. We want to add to our services phone unlocking. One important thing is to make sure it is done at a professional level, without relocks after update (like many free iphone unlocking soft cause). for my own phone, for exmple, for Sony Ercsson or Samsung, I would use Wotan, but is this the way to go at a shop level? Would I have a separatepiece of soft for each brand, or do I strike a deal with each operator? We want to do as wide a range of phones as possible, and if it comes down to purchasing credits or so, we would be prepared for bulk. I would appreciate any bit of serious advise. Thanks mates.
