1. install the cab,
2. then copy the downloaded mingliu.ac3 to windows folder
3. reset, enjoy!

i'm trying to find the tranditional chinese input (zuiyin) and display for wm 6.5 english version. but no luck at all. just wondering if they are working well for my htc d2 wm6.5 eng version. thanks.
Sorry, I can't remember where I got these from... probably tom on HTCpedia (and if i'm out of order moderaters, then please delete them), but these work fine for me on duttys rom english setup. I can't remember which one does which bit of adding chinese, but they do their job!
just install all 3 cabs, and you get chinese character recognition, plus pinyin keyboard input. not handwriting though.

1. Installed HTC Audio Mgr Today Plug-in.
2. Installed Touch flo(Alpha).cab
3. Soft Reset.
4. Install Touch settings V1.22.cab
5. Soft Reset
6. Deleted "Mediahubmini" from windows\startup

8. Added contents of AL_xx_Touch.zip to \Touch.
9. Copied the same to \windows.
10. Soft Reset

The only way to install the cube is to add it to a ROM...
So no working cab or exe installers...

Could you please be more specific. Can't find that folder on registry.
Is it under HKCR, HKCU or HKLM?

I have the tilt flashed with the Kaiser rom and it's not working. I did the step above too. Maybe Im doing something wrong. Anyone else try this who has the flashed tilt?
are we suppose to add a new value or a new key? or a new key then inside the key add a new value?

i tryed on a Spv C600 with the platinum ROm with the instalation on the device,i tryed also on the storage card but didn`t work...

Actually may not be an OS limitation, only for Smartphones....!!!

Try it again, i've customize the compatibility with some OS
on spv c550 wm6 doesn't work, installation unsuccessful, when i install them manually, then blank screen
I'm still getting Blank Homescreen with S730. Soft keys bar and taskbar is working. nothing about NEO though.

I'm pretty sure that the SPV C600 is the French (orange?) version of the Tornado.
I do know that it's a smartphone for sure (unless it's using WM6, and then it's a WM6 Standard device ).
Still unsuccesfull. But now on the beginning. not at the end of installation.
noticed it doesn't even ask where to put files.

Ive maded a cab file from diamond phonecanvas pack.
the new phone layout works, but in vga mode (even if ive resized all images).
i think there is the same dlls problem like in manila software...
if someone know how to edit the dll file...
NB. for me at least it's impossible to unistall...

My guess is the file size or format is wrong for direct upload. I can make a folder in my 4 shared for you to upload to or you can grab one of your own.

I also try to port it. You need also the fonts from the manilla OEM dir.
There are some things hardcoded in the dll. Like 'touch' places on the touchscreen and more.
i have made a cab for phone canvas based off of the htc opal.
feel free to test it.
i havent tested it so backup or do whatever you need because im not 100% positive it'll work.

And is there a way to extract the PhoneCanvas from the HyperDragonIII rom that has it, it is a working version. Or is it just that the OEM version works, but when you make it into a cab it wont?

Thanks man! Anything special about these drivers? ddi.dll is bigger. The registry has references to Chinese keyboard so that would have to be changed for English ROMs.
Is the 3.14 much different from 3.07 or 3.10?

touch.dll is also different from 3.07 and 3.10, so i think we should test the new TouchFLO from this ROM. also it seems the build of this ROM is 20761

Yes, yes, this is true! Build should not be lower than AKU1.4. In RGU is the key to stop scrolling MS.

The Opal version of biotouch.dll was a little better than the 3.07/3.10 Elfin version.... so I hope 3.14 has an even better version with no problems.
The main question is... why is there this new release for the Elfin? Nobody sells this anymore, it's almost 2 years old.

TouchFLO shortcut under Settings only shows a blank white screen when opened.
Anyways i'm going to bed.
I'm using the settings TouchFLO all good.

not sure about elfin but
orange uk shops are selling the elf touch still on pay and go for £140. i got mine a few weeks back from them , its a bargin so i assume other orange shops are doing the same . my radio when i first got it was 07.something it was a good radio but i changed it out of inerest in other radios and now cant find 07 anywere .

I'm looking for the original English xt9 cab for my Tornado. I have the language pack that I intend to install afterwards (Swedish) but I discovered I needed the original file first. Guess that file contains the actual program?
Anyway, I'm having a hard time getting hold of the file. I have used the search function several times with different phrases no luck. Does anyone know where I can get it?
