I need an English Dictionary with Thesaurus for WM6 which is simple to use and is good.
Which one would you suggest?

I use MDict as my dictionary of choice. But don't have a Thesaurus for it yet.
But I did a quick Google search and found this link with a Thesaurus as a download for it:

you can use ColorDict which is available freely from the market, it's supports Wordnet, StarDict dictionaries which are also available freeley from the web. You can learn about it here
