Hi, all my goal is to make a ROM that will please most people and make it where you could customize almost everything. I will have Lite Packs, Medium Packs, and Heavy user Packs. I want to accomplish this with a hard working team and help develop the necessary drivers needed for the kaiser, but that will take sometime. I am using at&t in the USA so most of the releases will be based on the at&t carrier but I will always release a rom based on the HTC one so you can use it with your carrier perfectly. LOL, the releases will get better and better as I learn.

You beat me to it. I concure. Through the excitement of a cool sounding and "new" rom release I feel a little gutted that there is nothing to try out as yet.
However....Good Luck with the release as I will certainly have a nose when you have some details and items to show.

NM, I fixed it. the nbh file is uploading!! Remember this is a beta and I am still learning about the system. Please I need beta testers! I cant try it my self because I don't have a spare tilt to use.

No offense but let the cooking to the PROS, when you have cook your own ROM test it and then post it. If i'm not mistaken that error is because your're selecting the TCPMP OEM Package using Alex's Kitchen. Uncheck TCPMP and try it again.

Good luck with your rom but, dude really should do some internat testing and get a few roms under your belt before you hype and then don't have anything to show but a promised untested ROM

Well, I didnt want to make thousands of threads of my releases so I just made one. I am mostly working on beta's. My rom seems speedy and quick! More testing though. Yep alot more testing and re heatings. . .LOL, well the beta is available and its really really empty. . .

have any details on this rom? base? pagepool? free memory? you have massive competition in the cooking arena - some specifics would help.

cool - to be frank, you don't inspire confidence when you post basic romkitchen errors and ask for help and then you aren't sure what it is you're cooking up....

I can honestly say this will be the fastest ROM you'll be able to get on your magic. If you want speed and performance then give this a whirl, some really nice features are in this ROM.

This ROM was created to run on the G1, not the Magic... this basically means that some "features" are not needed on the Magic.

The rom in the pointed thread is for HTC Dream or does it work on Magic too ?
Didn't understand if you were just pointing this thread or if you re still uploading the ported rom ?
anidel: Not too sure, but nk02's port is CyanogenMod 3.6.7.2, whereas this port is 3.6.8.

That's correct, I think nk02's is based on an "older" one.

Also, the Market has the app SWAPPER, which helps enable swap when your device is powered on.
This is a great ROM! I am using it on my 32A using Amon_RA's wlan.ko (for WiFi) and boot.img.

This is a hell of alot faster than the Hero ROM is the main advantage. I also much prefer this keyboard and autocomplete system than that of the HTC or Google keyboards.

Am using Compcache with Qteks hero rom - hasnt frozen at all so far, but will give this one a go very soon too when I get bored of Hero (possibly in a few days time, lol)

Very good rom... excellent speed... wicked fast... would be nice if it had more input languages, calendar widget with a different text color (blue doesnt read that easy with blue or black background) and for some reason i hate the drawer image... it is cool but personally i dont like it...
if i could get this rom as it is but with spanish language and black stock drawer graphic i would surely keep it... did i mention that is wicked fast? very stable also...
Edit 1: been using for a couple of hours now... forget the graphics... this speed and stability is incredible... will keep it... hope it gets more languages soon, especially spanish for the keyboard
I'm forever changing between standard and HERO roms but must say this is excellent, its quick, stable and uber sexy.
By the way any way to store the wallpaper in case I want to use it in another ROM??

What do you mean? Does this Rom already exist for 32a devices? I'd like to try if but just two questions:
- is HTC multi touch active?
- wich kind of kb is implemented?
- and which phone UI?
In the Dream development section of xda there are already two beta roms based on AOSP Eclair but they are only for 32B devices so..., since I know that a lot of people like me would like to try these roms on their 32A Magics, I made two quick ports
I took the boot.img from bcrook's latest cyanogenmod port and just changed the ramdisk to get it working with these Eclair roms so all credit goes to bcrook and cyanogen

My expierence was very good...
No FC's at all.
But...
Althought, I had some problems trying to install some programs.
Some that I installed.. Backup for Root users doesn't work, can't get my apk's/contacts bla bla.. root explorer doesn't work either..
No multitouch on the explorer.. I was hoping that eclair would come with that...
But nice experience, very fast and smooth...

Syncing
Google sync don't work in the Eclair ROMs yet so you can sync using Exchange. Make sure you install the Corporate Calendar/Email apps.
Then setup using the following:
username: <gmail_id>@gmail.com
password: <duh!>
server: m.google.com
ssl: always (even if certificates are invalid)
This should keep the following in sync with google:
Contacts
Calendar
Mail (with neat PUSH support working sometimes)
This is just for those who may not know

it's not in the market. I don't think either of the roms have a market apparently.
It's part or the moto droid apps pack I think.

actually it didn't work it just stayed on the rogers bot screen i waited 5 min nothing happened but thanks for the suggestion

nope it's a Donut 1.6 (with some 2.0 stuff) for old radio ))
and it's working quite good..except for the boot screen!

its highly recommended and suggested to put the information required to flash the phone, other wise, we have already seen some posts in which some of the noobs , messed up with radios and wrong roms, so please specify the radio ( new /old ) required along with board .( 32a / b ) plus SPL used in your test....
it will save some of the bricks......!

umm flashing roms cant brick a phone

thanks for this rom .it's nice. i have small issue. recording on camera doesn't record sound or only very very low volume. and when i was in camera settings and tried to leave it reboot phone. one more thing; what does CUBE app do? it crash and FC every time .

cube is a 3d cube launcher
i notice the FC as well
please just delte cube using root explorer- does not seem to work in this build
