Returning to stock xt1032

Hi guys, after being a lot on cm12 with android 5.0.2 (with many bugs) I wanted to go back on stock 4.4.4 or stock 5.0.2.
I tried downloading a stock 5.0.2 version from here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/development/rom-stock-motorola-lollipop-rom-t3017510), tried to install it but my phone got stuck on the bootanimation for many minutes (I waited 15+ minutes but nothing happened).
I have an xt1032 european version and I'm trying to download the 5.0.2 stock firmware (CC_XT1032_4.4.4_KXB21.14-L1.61_cid9_CFC.xml.zip).
What have I to do to install it correctly?
I always knew that I have to format /system, /data, /cache, /dalvik-cache, like I've allways done, but it seems that doesn't work everytime..
Can anyone help me please?

Heads up notifications not working stock Motorola 5.1 (XT1045)

On the retail US XT1045 (Peregrine), I saw that the OTA to upgrade from 4.4.4 to 5.1 was available. I used a stock firmware to flash the stock recovery and system, then updated the Motorola Update Services app to download the OTA. After applying the OTA, I made a nandroid in TWRP. While I was playing around, I noted that heads up notifications were working for all notifications; new emails, downloads finishing in Google Play, and SMS.
I did a factory reset soon after, and since then the heads up notifications have not worked. I have tried factory resets in stock 5.1, I have tried factory resets in stock recovery, I have tried restoring the nandroid I made of 5.1, I have tried restoring my 4.4.4 KitKat nandroids and reapplying the OTA from there, I have tried a complete wipe of /system and /data and flashing stock 4.4.4 firmware with mfastboot, then applying the OTA update in stock recovery, but none of this has worked. Heads up will appear for phone calls and text messages, but nothing else.
Incidentally, I have had this issue in several CyanogenMod 12.1-based ROMs such as official CM 12.1, beeto's SaberMod ROM, the AOSP ROM by Kayant, and Paranoid Android ROMs. I've found that BlissPop, AICP, and crDroid ROMs have heads up working. What could be causing this, and is there a way to get heads up back?

XT1541 revert back to 5.1.1 from 6.0

Has anyone managed to revert back to 5.1.1 from 6.0 on an XT1541? Mine still does not seem as it should since updating via fastboot. It still makes playstore hang installing facebook for some reason and is not as fast as it is on lollipop on the other one in the family.
I tried fastboot installing 5.1.1 but it fails at partition part, I assume as it's a different size in marshmallow?

Anyone else lost LTE completely on 6045O after flashing custom rom?

So I tried out a few of the popular roms for this phone on my 6045O and lost LTE with the CM 13 one and tried going back to stock and LTE didn't come back. Does anyone have a Lollipop Radio Modem backup from stock Lollipop?
You need to either install android 5.1 firmware and backup your modem partition, or download the 5.x modem zip from famewolf for your version and flash it after flashing an mm ROM.
Sent from my 6045O using Tapatalk
Edit you can always use Panasonic switch to restore to lollipop firmware, so do what you want and if you don't like the result, use Panasonic to return fully to lollipop stock including the band 12 modem.
You will basically never want to return to stock mm, since band 12 is off and you won't be able to install twrp to change the modem.

Stuck on Boot Screen: Downgrading from Nougat to Marshmallow

I was recently running a Nougat rom for the M8 and after some severe performance issues at time I wanted to try to revert back to a stock rom. I tried flashing both the stock marshmallow and the de-bloated roms but even after re-installing the Marshmallow firmware I get stuck on the boot screen. Can anyone help?

did you install just the mm firmware, or the full ruu? also, does flashing the N rom you tried to downgrade from boot up if you flash it?
I used the firmware, and yes flashing the N rom got me back in.
if you are flashing a mm rom, try also flashing a custom kernel for it afterwards. aosp kernel for aosp rom, sense for sense etc
