hello everyone, i cant charge my touch cruise and my contract expired. so i need advice.
i have a choice of what to get next.
g1 for free
touch pro for $180
xperia for $180
touch hd for $300
or just waite for touch pro2 or diamond2( no idea how much its gonna cost me.
so guys i need your help to help me decide, and i need advice fast because i cant use anything else other then htc phones. thank you.

Wow! Those are fabulous prices....get them all !!
Personally, I'm not into devices with keyboards so it's a toss up between HD and Diamond 2. From your list....HD all the way! But that's just me.
Also not into keyboards, so get the HD now or wait for the Diamond 2.
well im not into keyboard devices also, its just there isn't that many new htc phones to choose from ( no diamond hated lol)
what concerns the prices, i live in New York and a lot of retail stores here attract customers with such discounts, if you get a contract from us for example we will give you such and such off. ( but maybe they do that everywhere)
by the way will i have any problems with using internet with HD since it has no 3G in US?

nah, i actually want to ask if someone wants to sell HTC Touch Pro or Fuze. If i do make a good deal with the seller i ll ask my cousin in USA to buy it for me . He ll manage the delivery too.

method of payment can be the method of your liking
Ghost armor is a body protection for the phone. It's like a screen protector except for the whole thing. You can take a key and scratch all over it and it won't show. I got it done the day I got the device. Go to: http://www.ghost-armor.com/ for more information about it.

I am looking for a touchscreen device, will allow me to sketch stuff, access cell-network or wifi hotspot on the fly as I move around but also let me use it to place calls when I need.
The HTC x7510 looks almost perfect for what I need. However the Shift may fit as well, or is there something coming in the near future I should wait for? Or a model I am missing that will provide the above reqs?
Appreciate any advice or information you can provide me.,
I am leaning towards the HTC Advantage x7510, but looking for input from you more experienced people. =)
BTW I live in Mexico so it has to work on Telcel network.
edit: I travel between the US / Mexico but plan on including Europe this year as well.

Google HTC Toth and see if you like it, it will be on sale later this year, Toth is the succesor of the Advantage.
Shift is also a very nice option but I think HTC have discontinued the model

Thanks, I had seen it and it looks very nice but its due out sometime 3rd or 4th quarter. (edit - its not much of an upgrade imo, faster cpu is the main thing. It may have better spec come release.) Going to need something sooner I think. I have pretty much decided on a x7510 but will wait till I hit head back to the States to pick one up.

I have the opportunity to get an ATT Fuze for a good price and need opinions as to how good this phone is with the updated wm6.5 cooked ROM's? I can get the phone for $155 us. I am not under contract with anyone nor do I want to switch to T-mobile just to get the Touch pro2.

I have a touch pro running 6.5 and the phone is really good, the only bugs are with the beta operating system not the phone. I paid £150 uk for mine which was a very good deal (About 200 us ???)

last week i started a thread looking to see if i could get a hero.. in the US (currently live in london) that would work in the uk.. the awnser i got was NO... so im looking at any phone.. prefrably something like a hero or a xperia that i could get while in LA and where i might be able to buy one SIM UNLOCKED... at the moment i have a touch diamond and well its really ****... so i don't want anything like it..(my 2005 i mate jam was faster...) so any help is a great help to me as i am rather out of touch with the HTC market at the moment ..
Touch Pro 2 is actually a great device, if you like hardware keyboard is the best on the market
have a look on marketplace section, you can find great deals sometimes

The xperia is indeed not much better that the Fuze.
If I was you I should wait for the X2 with Android, it's a nice device.
Or the TouchPro2, or wait some time and get one of the 2010 models from HTC.
Your call. The motorola Droid is also a good device with a sliding qwerty.
