Instructions on How to Flash Treo Pro?

Hello from a long time XDA lurker. I finally purchased my first HTC manufactured device, a Palm Treo Pro, and want to flash a WM6.5 ROM, but after days of searching, have not found any instructions on how to actually flash the ROM. I'm assuming i have to flash HSPL first, but them what? Can somebody help me out?
Hello
Well first yes do Hard-SPL (This one is GSM Devices Only).
Note:If you have a CDMA Version than check out this site for the right ROMS & Hard-SPL
Second there are a Few Roms out there, try some and see wich one you like better. here is a link to some.
Note: To flash the rom, click on the Custume RUU and follow the Steps, (pretty much the same way you flashed Hard-SPL).
GSM Treo Pro ROM WM6.5 build 21857
Heechee's TreoPro GSM 28014 Rom WWE Full & Naked
Also check this forum Acidhax made some GSM versions
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=138
Here are some Screen Shots of the RUU screen, Just Follow the On Screen Steps & check the Boxes to be able to hit next. Hope this helps .
Thank you for the in-depth reply. It was exactly what I was looking for. Ill try to cook some ROMs and upload them on this forum.

Sprint has an official CDMA 6.5 ROM for the Palm Treo Pro, only if there was a GSM 6.5 ROM that was stable for the Palm Treo Pro.
I won't upgrade my Palm Treo Pro to 6.5 because I can see so many issues on the forum's and I cannot find a stock english 6.1 GSM ROM.
On the other hand, the O2 Atom was very easy to upgrade, and very stable.
any ROM you would recommend?
just got a Treo Pro from Dell for $180
