Neon 200 & Specific Windows Mobile Version

Hi there,
I have quite a few of the HTC Touch Dual 850's aka Neon 200.
The problem I have is that I need a very specific version of Windows Mobile 6.1. Version. 5.2.20764 (build 20764.1.4.3).
Can anyone help with supplying this so that I might be able to make a rom for the Neon 200.
This is to sort out a security issue with RSA authentication not working which is in fact a MS problem resolved in this build as well as version 6.5 onwards.

I HAVE UPGRADED MY HTC P3600 (TRIN 100) TO winDOWS MOBILE 6.5 AND ACCIDENTALLY I LOST 12 MO OF RAM IS THERE ANY SOLUTION TO gain it back plz

WM6.5 eats a lot more RAM than wm6 or 6.1 so if you want to have more RAM go back!

I think the 8150 isn't a HTC Magician, because:
-it has 520 Mhz CPU, not 416, as in the Magician
-it has VGA resolution (480*640), not QVGA (240*320) as in the Magician
-it has Built-in numeric phone keyboard, the magician doesn't have this good
-supports microSD, the magician only supports full sized sd cards
-it has TWO camera, not 1 as in the Magician
And last the most important:
it has WIFI. the magician doesn't have wifi. (i wish it have )

EDIT: If you would like Wm 6.5 on your phone, there's a WinMo 6.5 skin for SPB Mobile shell 3.5 somewhere out. Search it on XDA

I am really new into firmware customization on htc devices. Since wiki is not avaible lately i am not able to study and learn how to do it.
Can anyone please guide me?
when i boot with volume down key my device says
BLAC100 32M
SPL-1.54.0000
MicroP-BlackStone (LED) v6
I think there is no stable and hard-patching android avaible and maybe never will be as it seems.
I bought this touch hd from someone not new. and i wanna install wm 6.5 as i heard its avaible. WM 6.5 is so slow sometimes even official patches from its website were applied by previous owner. And its strange that the ram optimization of wm 6.1 is not stable sometimes ram usage is %37 sometimes its %47 if i reset it it gets back to 37

I have a Htc Fuze p4600 with carrier At__ . ( You know who)
I was wondering if anyone knows how to download the lastest and greatest OS 6.5 on my devise ? Ive been to to the Htc website and my carriers website and cannot find an upgrade for it , any help would be mostly appreciated, and Is there a possibility for WM7 for this devise as thanks

Officially, Touch Pros' & Fuzes' don't support Windows Mobile 6.5, but several modern custom ROMs have flawless Windows Mobile 6.5 builds, along with extras. Just peek through the Touch Pro/Fuze ROM Development fora, you'll find several custom ROMs: TAEL, Energy, etc.

Agent Zach is right in that there is no carrier or OEM upgrade to 6.5 and his recommendations are spot on. As to the question about Windows Phone 7 I can guarantee you there will not be an OEM or carrier upgrade to this platform. It's further unlikely to see custom or cooked ROMs for the touch pro / fuze for WP7 as the core OS is designed around much more stringent hardware requirements that our device does not meet.
