i use a tmobile shadow running erofich 6.1 rom and a new jogwheel theme. i have used chome configurator to create a new page and want this page to be free of icons. However, i have a default icon that appears at the upper right of the screen. i have created a transpearent icon to replace it but cant find the right path. can anyone help? i appreciate it. i will post a screen shot asap.

hi was lookin for a mod that makes top and bottom bar on hd2 seethrough or so you can see wallpaper but i got this gr8 cht(cookies) mod and want it to be compatible ,,,thx in advance,tried lookin myself but to no avail,btw just want a cab that i dont have to mess with the registry or change settings just want the cab program that i can install and its done........if this is possible i would be ever so grateful.THANKYOU
u need to install cookies wall paper patch and then an actual wallpaper cab. You'll also need the actual wallpaper image to use as your start menu background so it matches up. I dont think it actually makes them transparent just applies a section of the wallpaper behind.
Since the launch of DINIK - Anastasia - MODS - By You thead, I have been very interested in switching over all my icons to the glass appearance. I ran into an issue last night when i went to switch the Garmin Mobile XT icon on my SD Card, JWD Icon changer came up with an error stating it can't change icon for a shortcut.
I have read the instructions, and i understand how to get all programs that are unregistered to update and added to the icon changer menu. However I cant navigate to my SD card and change Garmin's icon. I really want this glass icon added to CHT, in fact all my icons changed to DINIK glass theme in time. Please help!! any other Icon changers that are user friendly?
Also I've done a search for Icon changer, i've seen threads in the past, i can't seem to locate anything on xda. maybe there not tagged.

The JWMD Icon Changer are by far the best one... If you cant seem to find the Garmin Icon try to rearrange the icon by change the position on the start menu and then go use Icon Changer to change the icon.
It has something to do with it cant find it before you do that kind of stuff not sure why and only need do this on a few of the added icons.

If it still gives you an issue you can find the exe and follow the instructions on creating a new short cut ...
Create you a new shortcut in the startmenu and change that icon ...
Search the forum for info on how to create a new shortcut ...
i know how to create a new shortcut, its simple. even if i do that directly to my start menu. i get the error that icon changer refuses to change that shortcut
im having a simillar issue i think. I try to change an icon, lets say the bluetooth icon for example, i select the icon and select "change icon", but then i cant find any other icons to use. Ive searched the memory card and device memory but cant find them. I need to be able to see the extra icons so i can select which one to use but nowhere to be found. Any ideas?
My home screen has a useless bar under the top taskbar that reads 3G T-mobile and does nothing but waste screen space. Is there any way to get rid of it? CHT doesn't help.

You can change the text? Please tell me how. I don't see an option for it in the CHTeditor.

ideally i would like to get that screenspace back but if its impossible, changing the text would be ok.
I don't know if CHT 1.8 versions are the same as I'm using CHT 1.7.1, but it's in CHT Editor under Miscellaneous Settings. Look for "Custom Operator Text" and change it to say whatever you want. If you want it blank, just use a space.
Note that only affects the text, not the curtain (the semi-transparent bar). To make the curtain totally transparent, I'm using the Touch X remove top curtian.cab that can be found at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=584415.

You can also put date only or clock only and notiification icons,seems to be good use of space for mr.
How about you just move the clock up over the bar.
I also did this and while it removed said carrier bar, it also allowed my weather panel to move up slightly which caused it to hover over the clock panel. This did not look good so i uninstalled this mod.

Hi, I used to have a taskbar theme on my ROM for WM 6.5.3, but I don't remember the name of it and can't seem to find the cab for it. Conveniently, it's very popular, it seems, so I can give you a picture of it. Hopefully someone knows the name or can link to the cab.

Well, if you go to the market and search voca voca app, by sung joon kim, the screenshots should show the taskbar and font right before the time.
I was thinking I could use some website that I used once a while back to change my battery icon but I cannot seem to find it. Something online kitchen.
Anyone know what that font is and how to apply it?
