htc incredible gsm version?

hey guys,
I love how the htc incredible looks, it looks better than the nexus one and i love the red color that's inside also. So, would we ever see a gsm version of it?

After several LONG hours of looking into this, as I'd LOVE an Incredible but hate Verizon, HTC has yet to speak of it. I'll bring it up with Brandon from PocketNow. See if he could possibly request a Professional Response from HTC.
As of right now, the Incredible with Verizon is the equivalent of the iFail with AT&T.

It be awesome if htc make's a gsm version of it. I would pick incredible over a desire anytime lol and thanks for the reply.

How much pain and suffering would it take to stuff the radio from a Desire or an N1 into the Incredible? The rest of the internals are pretty much the same, and the software would take a little (or a lot) finesse.
Would I have to mess with MEID/IMEI/serial numbers?
Am I missing something?

What to choose

Im going to get rid of my tg01 becasue i keep having problems with it
so ive been looking at mainly three phones
the samsung wave, samsung galaxy s, or the htc desire
ive lost intrest in winmo because of the lack of apps for the phone and the lack of customisable ui.
which of these phones would you recomend + any other good phones out there?
p.s im in the uk so no cdma phones

i think im going to go with the galaxy purely because of its superior screen i just love it!

i just bought a samsung wave and i think i'm in love with it too sexy bada OS is not bad. only there isn't much apps but i didn't need something yet i prefer samsung wave

im intrested in the new os, whats the ui like? and input with the keyboard? as i use im alot the input is quite importabt to me

HTC Dream ( G1 ) or HTC Tattoo ... Which one to buy ?

I lost my Nexus One and I want to buy a cheap mobile because I dont have money
I found HTC Dream ( G1 ) and HTC Tattoo at the same price
i want one that dont run like crap and roms work great on it
can you help me chose from them ?

g1: hardware keyboard, capacitative touchscreen
tattoo: resistive touchscreen.
i'd suggest g1, just cause the touchscreen will feel similar. It's really no big deal at all to use the tattoo, in case you take it that way. But I can personally notice the difference (not saying it's a bad difference)

Don't know where you live mate, but here you could get a well kept HTC Hero for about the same price as the G1's - around 150 USD. Or a Wildfire for a few bucks more. Between the tatoo and the G1, I'g go for the G1.

I think the best lo-cost phone would be the LG optimus line... You can find them brand new for around $200.

My mom would have me use the house phone if I lost my cell phone. Like, she'd make me carry a house phone around in my pocket. You know how hard it is to text with those?

Im sorry but an htc hero used from craigslist cost around 80-150 dollars worth.
Go with htc hero it has fantastic 5 megapixes camera and g2 to me is overrated.
If i had the money i would of bought another verizon phone. Cant wait for htc merge.

G1 hands down.

i cannot imagine how life is on a smartphone without full querty. g1 for sure. and yes, the resolution on tatto sucks with both hands
and the touchscreen on tattoo ... OMG! that`s no touch. that is pressing! i have and2.2 on g1. waht about a tattoo ? i have a coleague that is glad with a 1.5
if i go on, i`ll be sad all day.

i first bought a Htc Tattoo, liked it (my first smartphone ).
but i saw how limited it was because of it's resolution and no multitouch.
also i liked to tweak it (changing roms etc..), so i damaged my tattoo's touchscreen so i could exchange it for a htc magic (wich is almost equal to g1).
Only reason i see to get a tattoo, is that it doesn't lack ram, wich g1 does.
I'd recommend g1 (or magic for same price), or go for a slightly higher budget and get like a wildfire or so ..

How good is this phone?

So I've been eyeing this phone for a while since I first heard about it but I don't have the money to just buy it right now. Ever since my first Android phone I've been a fan of HTC phones. I started off with the mytouch 3g 1.2 and then progress to the mytouch 4g. Now I'm considering the Sensation as my next phone but I'm not sure about it because I have yet to play with the phone in person.
My personal choice of dual core phones right now are either the Samsung Galaxy S II or the HTC Sensation and honestly I would rather have the Sensation because of the Notification LED and because I like HTC phones. However those aren't the only reasons I would choose the Sensation.
I was wondering what you guys thought of the phone? Is the phone worth it? Is there anything that's bad about the phone? What about good things?

There are plenty of threads like this already. I'm sure if you search through them you will find that because you asked this in a sensation forum most people are going to say yes the sensation is better. Htc's build quality is far better Imo. I would rather have the qhd screen instead of that super colorful screen that the gs2 has. It makes things look fake to me. Plus somebody just mentioned that CM7 is getting "sensational" =D

I had a Nexus One last year....
Got a G2X this year and HATED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT.
I got this phone and the only complaints I have are: I don't like HTC Sense, and boot-loader is locked. I'd much rather have vanilla Android. Build quality is far superior to the other phones listed.

I have to say hat the Sensation is a very nice phone, especially compared to the g2x, which I traded for it. And I too, am a big fan of HTC phones. But I have to say that outta all of the HTC phones I've had... G1, MyTouch 3g, Nexus 1, HD2, and G2... the Sensation is both the best AND the worst out of them all. I actually use my G2 more than the Sensation. I'm only keeping it because like the HD2, I'm sure that later on down the line as development progresses it'll be an awesome device. But as of the time being, it really does nothing that I can't do on my G2.(.02¢)

I have the htc desire 620 single sim i was wondering what your thoughts on this phone are?

I guess no one else has this phone then?

Seems alright for the price, but I'd go with the Moto G (2014) over that. You can find an LG G2 for pretty dang cheap these days too, and it's a much better device than either.

Ill be honest i dont like LG lol i bought this device thinking it was decent and i could maybe root it... But Nooooooo
