i have the left one. if you notice the H icon is thinner and not like the htc version. this is because im running a custom rom. but i liked the thicker icons.
i believe the file i need is phcanoverbmp.dll. does anyone have this and know where to put it?

Hi guys I was looking around for a super simple bootanimation with just the droid guy but i couldn't find it... so I made it...
I hope it can be useful to someone else too..
BTW I kept the structure of the ATT stock one so inside the folders are android and ATT... I don't think it makes any difference....

and i would like to get rid of this green bar that shows up everywhere when i select an item on a menu.. if i could find it/photoshop it i think ill be set.
anyone happen to know how to go about this? im assuming its in the framework-res.apk but im not sure.
