Hi,
my problem, and not only mine, is that sometimes writing a message the t9 function doesn't work: The possible words don't appear so I can't choose the right one.
Someone solves this problem closeing the messaging program (not only putting it in background) and then restart. Others need to make a soft reset.
Do someone know why it happens and how to solve definetly the problem?
PS: clearly i tried to turn off/on the abc/txt9 funcion but nothing happened.

It's a very strange problem.
After upgrading to wm6, when I started a call on the today screen appeared a "full screen" notification from where I could activate the loud-speaker or mute the call. Then I tryed to install a .cab to emulate the htc touch style. From that moment, when I start a call the past "full screen" notification area does not appear any more, so I have to enter the menu to mute the call or activate the loud-speaker. I removed the application but nothing changed. Then I hard-resetted the treo 750v, and the problem was solved, but when I launched the restore of my spb backup of yesterday, the today palm application desappeared again
I think it's a stupid registry value, but I don't know which value to change, could someone help me?
There is no installed application and no today plugin activated.

I too also share the same problem, I installed WM6, and then I thought i try to use the HTC home today plugin to make my phone look a bit nicer, problem was it made it look kinda stupid. I couldnt use the phone number lookup field on the today screen as the HTC today took up all the space, also I noticed that when I place a call, the phone connection screen and the screen that stays on showing the duration and the mute and loudspeaker options had been removed . The best thing I could think of at the time was just to uninstall the plugin for HTC Home, however that didnt resolve the problem, I know the person who posted here before mentioned that you can fix this problem with a hard dreset, but is there any other alnernative method as I am fed up of resetting this device now.

Similar problems here. Had to hard reset as my power button would not work at all. The hard reset was the only way I could fix it...

Yea i am having the same problem. I wish i didn't try the htc home. Any fix for this?
I really don't want to hard resert my phone. Its got to be in the registry.
Someone has to have an solution? I tried looking, but maybe someone who knows the phone a bit more in depth, can help.

Have problems with the button in the midle, the button used to click into programs. It sometimes wont work, and the only thing that helps is to reset the phone, and then after sometime the problem comes back. Has anyone experienced the same problem?

I think it has to do something with TomTom, but I'm not sure.
Also have to reset the phone to get the problem fixed.

I just found out Xbar freezed at the momend my middle button stopped working. So the problem might be Xbar, or te combination of Xbar and TomTom
... when it's appear, there isn't the small icon on bottom of screen. So I cannot turn it off. Does anybody knows why?
you probably have to tell us what screen and what you are doing when that happens.
Oh, sorry. This happend only when i'm writing sms in PocketCM Contact. So maybe it's software problem. In other softwares (note, opera, IE, etc) it works correctly.

I have a strange feeling that the soft reset is not working as before - the list of programs that I've been using in the start menu is not cleared anymore. And I'm pretty sure before every time after soft-reset the list of used programs was empty. Anybody noticed something like that? Also, my camera is dead - "Unable to initialize device..." - still no solution for that.
A soft reset will not clear your items in the Start Menu.
For the camera issue, it seems there are a lot of people who have this problem, but no solution yet

I just want to ask about my problem with Raphael. In some cases, my screen goes wrong. It messes it's screen alignemnt and when i'm trying to align it again through start-setings-screen it doesn't save new alignment and forces me to restart. It happens quite often, so making my phone unusable. Did somebody have the same problem? I tried a couple of different roms, but nothing happens. I hope it isn't a HW problem. Any idea, what to do?
