i have been using this rom from last 18 hours, and boy i tell you it is damm slow. although microsoft has come up with a few improvisation here and there. But a 6.1 rom with manilla2d is still far better. manilla is much faster and also the layout of manilla is compact and easy to use.
That's just my personal thought. today i am flashing back to a 6.1 rom.

Well, around 30mb free memory on fresh boot and stuff like that. Its a new build and its all good. LOL.

LOL. Ive got this rom so packed. Somethings had to be removed like the extra pictures, 2 of the standard rings and a few of the help file pics for the camera. LOL. I dont think it will fit in. Ill see what I can do though.

X-Button 1.5 causes issues as i have found out. So im gonna leave with this till the Today button thing has been fixed. As for VoiceCommand, I use it since im lazy and I cant figure out what else to put in it.

I dont understand? what do you mean wifi from battery status?
Battery status has tray icons for wifi, bluthooth, etc. If you click on the wifi icon it should toggel wifi on and off. This should work but does not until you click wifi using comm manager. Faira calls the pre loading wifi.

If it can be ported that would be cool but I don't think it is possible because of the memory differences between the 2 devices. Anyways, if you're up for the task, then go ahead and give it a try.

I made it to a friend of mine, with apps he wanted.
Ill upload a base os.nb with only sys, oem and rom folders if any interest.

I dont know the other roms here, because I dont have a wizard. I borrowed a friends, and flashed on his, he is happy and it looks good and are responcive and fast. But I dont know how fast other roms are here or how stable they are compared to mine, but I guess its worth a try.

This ought to be interesting to see what the real difference is between Kaiser and Wizard Roms are...
Kaiser roms are FAST as hell even when bloated, but it could be plus the hardware not sure but this new build looks promissing

after testing a lot of duttys ROMs as well as a few others I have to say that quentins ROM is a very good alternative, either for good or just while waiting
I'd go along with that - flashed Quentin's 1.2 a couple of days ago and I like it. It'll feed the addiction until Dutty's next

yeah! me too. but you gotta check out quentin! he is awsome. the kaiser teaks, the fast flow, no hang ups, awsome wiki (you know what you are doing when you flash!) cache setting that works better than anything else I have tried. This is a VERY HIGH quality ROM!

Unfortunately, there's been some unnecessary talk in my thread that has forced me to request a mod to delete it. In no way does this mean FingerMe is going to stop being developed, I will be releasing 0.5 soon in a new thread.
I also request that other people respect other's threads. We are a community here to help other people, and that has always been our mission. However, it gets difficult sometimes when our fellow cooks and users feel that their opinions mean more than the respect of others. It takes a lot of time and effort into making these ROMs, and many of the greatest cooks in these threads have had to sacrifice many hours of each day to try to make something great for you as a community. Looks like all the good HTC Mega packages are in there. I thought about releasing a ROM with them, too, but I decided that I'm going to stick to kitchen making for now.
I love the fact that we finally have full QVGA versions of all those programs instead of ported versions.
How's that comm manager treating you? It doesn't seem to like the Wing/Herald without some mods.

Well I haven't done a ton of testing on it. I just added the OEM packages and it worked. Haven't done a ton of testing on it. Just basic testing, and so far everything on that works.
Most of the modding I had to do was to get these things to work well with 6.1, but it's looking more and more like FingerMe 1.0 will be a Windows Mobile 6.5 release... I'll have to see how the RAM looks though.

Huh, I'd think it'd work on any ROM.
Does your WiFi work like normal??
And this ROM shouldn't be any different than the Ava ROM or the PointROM. They're all the same kitchen, and apreincher didn't change anything that would break WiFi.

Yep, unfortunately, those packages are meant to work with 6.5 so they go nutz with 6.1 at times.

The free version of WifiRouter or whatever it's called isn't compatible with most 6.1 builds or any 6.5 builds.
Did you fix the problem of the growing cprog file that eventually eats up all storage memory. This has been reported to be a problem with the phone canvas from HTC mega
