I have a Fuze.
I feel SO LOST without having instant messaging in my pocket. Anyway, yesterday suddenly the internet on my phone stopped. I switched back to 3G and everything was okay, and a little later on I went back to HSDPA, but nothing fixed Beejive's sudden not working-ness. I deleted it, I deleted the program file folder, reinstalled, tried on 3G and H... nothing. Opened Opera, opened IE, nothing will make it work.
So, can I get any help here? Or should I just flash my phone and start over?

AAAAAGGGGGHHHHHH!
Had my Exec for one week. Everything was working fine. Then suddenly froze completely. Had to do a hard reset.
Set it all back up and now it just keeps connecting to GPRS, 3G.
This morning it said I had no emails, which was a bit weird. So I went in via hotmail and discovered I had 6! All messages came up, but the attachments etc wouldn't download.
Now it says I have no emails again and just keeps connecting. Any ideas anyone please - before I throw it up the wall.
me again
Now I've got 6 unread messages (I've erad them all) and it KEEPS CONNECTING!!!!!
Well, I'm not sure what happened but my Phone, Contacts, and Calender are not opening at all. I have been trying to get the gps working reliably for a few days. Yesterday all day I could barley get my location but a couple of times. The phone restarted a couple of times when i would open and try to use Google maps. Also, all day the screen would go blank and would be totally unresponsive except for a soft reset.
Last night I installed this iphone ui here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=508429
(figures, i know) j/k-lol. No particular reason but, I don't think the program was the cause.
I tried it for a couple of hours then uninstalled it.
It wasn't till this morning when I woke up that my Today clock said "no service". Usually says "US Cellular". The Touch pro will light up for a call but I cannot answer. (talk button doesn't respond at all) I CAN connect to the internet so I have a data signal (EV on taskbar). GPS did not find any satellites but thats been a problem.

Haven't hard reset yet. Figured I'd check here first!
You have several underlying issues here. Doesn't sound like they will be resolved without a hard reset.
Well, at least the hard reset went good!
I'm just not sure why it started acting up! Guess I just wanted to see if I could find out what it was. I'm pretty baffled about what could have caused it.
Oh well.
and thanks!
Ugg!
Still can't get the GPS to work!! What is the trick with getting the GPS to work on these touch pro's??
I was downloading something, updated adfree, and all of a sudden, I couldn't connect to the internet. I toggled airplane mode, and it read zero bars in places I always had service. I checked with an iPhone 4S, I got full bars, but with my Infuse, it just didn't get signal at all. I tried to check the APNs menu, but when I opened APNs, it just sent me back to the normal settings.
I figured I would just flash a different ROM. Didn't work, still no service. Restored from backup, didn't work. Odined back to Froyo AND GB stock, neither worked. No matter what I do, I'm stuck without the radio. Help!
Delete whatever you were downloading, delete ad-free, wipe data, cache, and dalvik and reflash modem from ISET page. If that does not work it is likely you have a hardware problem. (warranty repair if still in first 12 months)
This is a new problem ive had since last night. Last night, since i turned on wifi and then attempted to play the family guy game... i thought it was the game that was messed up. I went to play it, phone froze, fair enough, held down the power button to do a reset... it booted, but as soon as i put in my security pattern, it froze on that pattern. Pulled battery out, and put back in, and STILL froze on pattern.....
ended up taking the SD card out, getting in enough to turn off wifi.... froze. reset again. went into recovery and cleared cache, froze shortly after i put my pattern in
it was just rediculous!!
i hadnt tried the wifi again until just now.... i wanted to go into the store to leave a bad review for the game... but it seems to be for some reason my phone. the store was half way into loading and it froze.... so i rebooted, it froze on lock... rebooted again... managed to get the wifi off and it seemed okay, but i restarted it thru the actual menu for good measure and it seems okay now.
but the question is, WHY???
same ROM, same phone, nothing new downloaded in about 3 weeks or so...... i was just trying to play a game over wifi..... normally i keep wifi and data off with just network connection for calls and texts.... but ive never had any problems wtih it freezing up for just toggling the wifi before, this is a new problem with nothing new on the phone as the cause. I hadnt even connected it to my PC in a week or so, for it to pick something up via USB that was bad.....
what can i do??
I would really appreciate help on this matter.... nothing new on my phone.... it still freezes after the wifi radio turns on...
the most recent time my home screen froze but i was still able to pull down the bar and turn off the wifi radio before a total freeze..... had to reset it again......
it works fine until wifi turned on since last night... no new updates, no new games.... no new anything so im REALLY confused!!!
Im trying restoring to a previous backup i have from CWM..... un fortunately from a year ago so its gonna take me forever to get things back the way i had them...
if this doesnt work i really dont know what else to do....
tried wiping the cache and dalvik cache, and still ntohing....... i wanted to get in to clear out some of the wifi network names... but you need wifi on... and well guess what happens.... friggen phone.....
OMG i am so flaming angry now.... ITS STILL HAPPENING!!!!
did backup, seemed fine so i reinstalled everything i wanted.... was fine yesterday and the night before wth wifi.... now its doing the SAME GODDAMN THING!!!!
i could really REALLY use some help with this!!!
So, this is bit of a new issue, one I've not had before. I wish Hangouts/Messenger still had the Service Center ID in the settings in order to fix this, but, in the long/short run...
I unboxed my pixel and put my SIM in, started the phone. LTE/UMTS work perfect, locked right on, good signal/speeds, can place/receive calls, all is right in the world? I noticed after an hour I hadn't received any texts, and after feeling very unimportant, I sent a SMS to a friend, and got an immediate error. Out of curiosity, I went into the INFO settings (*#*#3646#*#*) and went into the SMSC settings. pressed refresh, which, populated an error. I manually typed mine, hit update, went back to hangouts, and voila!
The next day, I restarted the phone ( I like to do this often. I am also this user who actually turns their phone off from time to time ) and noticed upon restart, the problem resurfaced, like as if I never updated it to begin with.
Is this occurring with anyone else? I've yet to see a phone completely dump it. I'd prefer not to download another SMS application really, but, it's just inconvenient those few times I do restart it that I lose that SMSC number...
I'm having the problem as well but still haven't been able to fix it with the same procedure you did. It's driving me nuts.
UPDATE EDIT: I just realized the Wifi is interfering with it. As soon as I turned off the wifi, the txt would go out.
I'm having this same issue. I've contacted support about it, but haven't gotten a response yet (they said I would have an update yesterday).
If I manually put the SMSC in, and then Update, I can send texts briefly, but eventually I start getting an error 38 instead. A reboot and then manually entering the SMSC again allows me to send texts again.

I'm curious if setting your mobile data to always-on would be a functional workaround to help until they can get this fixed for real. Have you tried that?
