I have a problem with remind in calendar in my i780. I had few roms, and the problem there was still.
When I set remind me in appointment (in calendar), there is no any sounds and notification.
In Setting I set Notification ON - I don't understand why still there is no any notification :/
Do You have any idea?

I think you need to download the calendar patch for i780. My friend is working at Samsung customer support and he mentioned about this before.

Where find this patch?
I forgot, I did not pay attention when he was talking and it's way way back...why don't you call samsung customer support, I am sure they have it.

i am using an o2 mini with 1.12 rom (big storage)
i use the following today pluggins and have installed them all in STORAGE :
wisbar advance
weather panel
pocket breeze & contact breeze
i launcher
well the result is .... bluetooth icon disappears and somehow its been doing it more frequently since the big storage change !!!!
is their any way it could be linked ???
and
what is the solution for this disappearing icon ???? (something that would solve this permanently)

Pocket Breeze is the problem software.
I asked for support long time ago but the developer said they dont have the device (e.g. xda II) so they cant fix it.
You can use buzz BT switch and add it on the today screen by the traylaunch.

cant you offer to betatest the program in your device maybe the developper is interested in it

actually it is not always pocketbreeze's fault some experience this problem without pocketbreeze. the solution is in the pocketbreeze forums. I have this same issue on my i-mate JAM (HTC Magician) and the solution fixes it. http://www.sbsh.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=2156&hl=

Sorry if this has been asked and is a really obvious answer, but I've used the search function and I can find things saying "Yeah, great idea", but nothing that has actually been done to download and installed.
I've got an HTC HD2/Leo and I'm looking for a Facebook tab for the Sense/Manila 2.5 interface. A friend of mine said there is a mod available, but I just can't find it anywhere!
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

I think it would be awesomely effective. I don't use twitter but I can totally see the benefit of the tab. I'd like to check my friends' updates like I check my text messages. The integration with my contacts is excellent, but I'm left craving more interaction. I'm still a little surprised that this hasn't been implemented before now by the OEM directly.
Anyway, add my +1 to this request. Snoogans.
I must confirm, that the first HD2 divice I had, really integrated FB in manila tabs. The second which I bought from T-mobile (after sending the first back as the second was better "deal"), unfortunatelly did not. Nor have any WM upgrade such tab involved since then. So I am also wandering if it would be possible to find it at least officially. And as e.g. the TV can be integrated in Manila (which is result of XDA inventions, I think it must be possible to solve the problem otherwise as well.

I would like to create an application for Windows Phone 7 which posts my location on facebook.
I made it so that it posts a bingmaps location. Though today I have read that there is Facebook Check-in for this, though I couldn't find a tutorial or whatsoever related to this.
Only this:

but this doesn't help at all...
Does somebody know a way to implement this?

Why reimplement an already working solution? Goto Me and use checkin option. It is working in Mango and I use it quite often.

Press the plus sign at the bottom to get gps positions and create you own location first. Than you can choose from others.

guys any solution to this?i always get error when trying to find my place..!cannot find anything..i have gps enabled and all allowed to check in places but nothing..!

Hi guys....yesterday I got an update for my S6 it was about 120MB. After the update whenever I try to apply a theme the icons are stuck on default S6 theme. The theme changes but the icons remain the same. Tried clearing data of theme, touchwiz, System UI and what not....finally even did a soft factory reset it did not work then tried a hard factory reset still it doesnt work. Any solutions?? Need help!!!! Hate to see those big default S6 theme icons.

I have the exact same problem with my s6 agter the update yesterday. I found a suggested solution that said to clear cache partition and even this did not work for me. I regret this new update as there seems to be no solution in sight. Please let us know if anything innovative as far as an answer comes up

Have tried several different themes. Shut down and restarted my s6 but still have same standard icons after software update this morning. Very sad... Any suggestions? Interestingly the lock screen shows icons as they should be.

I also hate those big default icons. Why would they not consider third party themes, why would they offer the theme option if they're not going to allow the icons to change with the new update. I'll just have to wait for someone to find a solution. I'll post if I find a possible solution as well. Someone please help!

Hey Capriles thanks for the info about a possible solution, nevertheless it's unlikely that we are the only ones with this problem, there must be thousands up people encountering the same issue, so that sounds like bull sh&t from samsung, they must have screwed up this last update and they should offer another one soon, but in the meantime I suggest we keep looking for a better solution than giving our phone to some guys that could make matters worse, i'm not taking that chance. Samsung better come up with something soon, these phones aren't cheap. Hope something turns up.

They re-upgraded my device and guess what? - As I told you before, nothing changed! =(
Well, they should do smth to fix it in next update... otherwise I will leave Samsung family.

Told you man, your efforts to help us all are admirable, but it did seem more complicated than just a simple reinstall of the update. Well guess we'll just have to keep looking for a solution or simply wait for another firmware update. Thanks again Capriles and write again if you find anything.
I am also facing the same issue. Please Samsung People do something. I hate the boring icon displayed! Please fix the issue. It cannot be corruption while updating cause its faced by all who did the new update. Its defect in the update created by Samsung. PLEASE FIX
Well atleast I'm not the only one suffering for this problem. Have spoken to Samsung regarding this and they wish to fix this problem in the next update

Received another update today, 6 days after last one that started our icon woes and sadly this latest update still hasn't fixed the theme problem ?

best thing to do at the moment if u have root and xposed installed is use a app called unicon here it is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sg.ruqqq.Unicon&hl=en_GB it will let u change the icons to whatever icon pack u want
the os may have a bug or theme is not is not optimized for the current os version
Wife had same issues on hers, I found that if you changed theme it showed the correct ones on lock and in the apps drawer but not on main screen so after changing theme we just deleted the dud ones and manually replaced them from the app drawer one at a time

I couldnt even use camera from FB messenger or Instagram at all! Or even my email. I did turn everything off and still same problem! Before was fine til now its all messed! I have Galaxy Samsung 7. Any advice?
