Is the kaiser the newest HTC released in america or the Touch or which is it im not sure im debating if i need to upgrade from my kaiser or if i have the best model released so far.

Yeah after reading the review on it and noticing that it does not have gps or wifi I think i'll stick with my kaiser. Also it is unfortunate that the diamond wont support at&t 3g. I was considering one of those.

So people besides the shift is there a htc phone on the market that beats the kaiser?

The american version of the diamond will support 3G in America...should be out by July/Aug time this yr.

Is it going to be branded, or just sold unlocked like the Touch Dual?

Official released is touch dual. It's an ok phone/pda. The unofficial release is the touch diamond. It'll be officially released after Aug. 15th.

HTC Advantage X7510........It should be released soon, but you can only buy this from importers.

Newbie O2 XDA ORBIT 2 VS TOUCH CRUISE?

Hi Thanks for reading and helping!
I'm thinking of buying this phone but are they the same phone?
Does the HTC have different software?
Does the XDA have lots of 02 software?
I am on orange will setting up mms and internet be hard?
Can i flash a 02 to a HTC? or can i flash a HTC to a 02? Did i say im new?!
I have seen the unlock software does this work on both?
I want to use wifi and gps tomtom/copilot like txt more than call are they both easy to use?
Does the wheel thing fall off alot? can you get new one? does it only happen to the 02 one?
For the money are there better phones out there?
last one sorry Does the HTC one have tomtom full uk maps or just one town?

In need of a phone

hey everyone,
my unlocked T-mobile wing is broken and instead of trying to fix it and probobally destroying it im checking to see if anyone is seling a wm6 phone with a qwerty keyboard. preferably att tilt or htc fuse. i checked ebay and the prices are rediculous im lookin to spend in the range of 100-200$

i went from the wing to the tilt. I have to say my wing is a lot more stable than the tilt. I thought i would use the gps a lot more than i actually do.
you can get used wings for pretty cheep on eghey

yea the wing was prty damn sturdy.. the only reason i like the tilt more is the upgraded ram.camera and gps

For that $ perhaps you can buy an HTC S621, very good smartphone indeed

no by stable i mean that the software is a lot more stable i find myself hard reseting my tilt about once a week. i only had to hard reset my wing maybe 4 times in the year that i have owned it. btw if you get a another wing just 2 clean is the best rom ever. i wish it would be released for the tilt.

Pro Touch2 or HD

I'm purchasing a new phone from newegg so I cant get the HD2 because they don't have them.
I started off with BB, switched to the iphone series and now it looks like im moving on to HTC.

HD1 sucks.

if you like a physical keyboard and dont care to possibly get windows mobile 7 when it comes out then get the touch pro2...i have a touch pro2 and thanks to the ROM cooks, i have everything the hd2 has plus the keyboard.
hd2 wins on raw power and speed but im in no hurry. i dont need the time taken to load a menu to drop from .5 secs to .3secs (jus example numbers...doesnt really take this long lol)

Go for the Touch Pro 2 if you need a keyboard & the HD if not WM7. Otherwise, just wait for the HD2...

Looking to get PDA after few years out??

Hi, looking to get a PDA after not having one for 2-3 years. I used to have a polaris and before that a wizard so I want to know which to consider to get now.
I would ideally like one with slide qwerty, but not particularly bothered.
I have trawled the net but all too confusing , so many out there now.lol.
I would spend up to £180 second hand. I know they all have their niggles , so what is a good all rounder that can be customised with roms and the like?
I used to flash and flash my old one's with allsorts of roms. Been to iphone and got bored of that so I am off back to the old trusty PDA.
What would you guys recommend??????

get a kaiser they cheap and good. if you are in the usa i could sell you mine.

Take a look at the Touch Pro 2 (rhodium)...it might fit the bill!

Hi, I need one with GPS built in ideally. I know the kaiser has it built in does the touch pro 2?
Which one has better customability? As in custom roms etc......
Was touching on kaiser myself but was thinking maybe a bit slow now, which would be the same allrounder with gps and rom cooking?

I will play on this for a bit then upgrade when I get back into the swing of things.

P.s just one thing , the phone is locked to vodafone, I presume it is quite easy to unlock?

Hi, Ahh, bit of a development, I got the Kaiser , then I got what I thought was the deal I could not refuse.
I got a brand new HTC touch 2 pro for £230, so now I have 2 PDA's when I only wanted one.....arrrggghhh.
I presume this is a good deal and worth keeping over the Kaiser?
What would you guys do?
The Kaiser is for sale if wanted by anyone. (If pro 2 any good)
P.s Why is the kaiser sim unlock free, but htc touch pro 2 isn't????????

I'd keep both the TP2 is a far superior device than Kaiser but keep the Kaiser as back up, b.t.w the price you got TP2 for is awesome
If you want to compare the specs Device Database @ top of forum will show you how much better TP2 is
