How to disable battery indicator in task bar?

Hi all,
I'm testing FireROM at the moment. There is WkTASK installed there as well as QuickMenu apps.
WkTask has a great feature to show battery status as a small bar just on top of the screen and I'm loving it but there is also "dumb" WM battery indicator in Taskbar.
There is option in QM to disable battery indicator but it doesn't work afaisee.
Any help?
Regards
B.
PS.
I've found some additional soft to control battery status and so on, and threads to change (or add if not exist) registry value HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\ but if added some **** happends and I've got dark hole and no icons (field, speaker and so on) in TaskBar

Battery icon on top bar showing percentage

Hi,
There are many tools available for pocket pc that can show battery status on top bar in percentage replacing default battery bar icon. Does anyone know is it possible on VOX?

Display both battery indicator and the clock on the title bar

Hello,
Myphone only displays one of two things: the clock and the battery indicator on the title bar. How to display them all.
I am using windows mobile 6.5
Thanks.
i'm not familiar with a way to do that.. but you can use a different battery meter like Batti or VistaGauge...
Like nir36 said, you can do this... change the titlebar to show the time through the clock settings on the control panel and Advanced Configuration app and show a battery on the top bar in the form of a coloured meter located FREE here.

[Q] WM6.1 click taskbar icon to show more detail e.g. battery -> % remaining

Hi,
I've recently purchased a HTC Touch Pro 2 running WM6.1. Before that I was on a Palm Treo 750 on WM6.0, and on the Palm when I touched the battery icon it would pop up an info bubble showing the % remaining. For that matter any of the other icons in the taskbar I clicked on popped up an info bubble. It just makes sense - icon provides basic info, if you want more detail click on it, simple. I presumed this was normal behaviour until I came to the HTC, and now when I click on the battery icon (or network icon or speaker icon for that matter) I just get a 'Notifications' screen which tells me nothing about the battery (or speaker, and not much about the network).
The battery icon itself on the Palm had a smooth decline from 100% to 0% rather than the HTC one which has just 4 fat bars. I know there are numerous other icons out there but I guess my question goes beyond just the appearance of the battery icon to the functionality of the whole taskbar.
How do I go about restoring the 'sensible' functionality of the Palm on the HTC?
Thanks,
Greg

[Q] WM6.5 battery/analog clock in the same place

Hi
I have Samsung Omnia with Windows Mobile 6.5 build 23568. Today somehow taskbar's clock changed to analog and now I can see battery indicator inside analog clock (both are in the same place). I tried changing clock back to digital by tapping and holding but it doesn't work. Any ideas how can i go back to digital clock and battery indicator next to clock (not inside)?
Me too, someone help please..........
htc touch hd mini wm6.5
Edit: i fixed it up.
install registry editor & go :
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Shell &
Change the value of ''Analog clock'' to 0 then soft-reset ....
