If start-settings-system-regional settings does not work
try to reflash with a ROM in the languaje desired
On th Wiki there are plenty different languaje ROM´s

Please do a search, or try to create your own Dutch ROM. There is plenty of info about changing the language of the ROM's.

can anyone give me wm6.1 language pack for smartphone? there is a russian build for mpx200 wm6.1 and want to try if its possible to change the language to english. procedures maybe? thanks in advance
I have HTC P4350 and its language is Spanish and i wont if its possible to change it in to the English or Russian and also I have Rom in English but i cant change. Once i change Rom but it was Spanish in other language i cant change language
