Selling brand New Tilt/Kaiser

Hey guys i have an extra Att tilt for sale its already unlocked and loaded with duttys rom( Dutty's Official WM6.1 5.2.19209 Release)

Now some of you people here probably saw my list on las vegas craiglist but it was never sold maybe cuz my price was too high $600 so now im just going to let it go for $400 shipped anywhere in the U.S
I know you can just go to Att and get this tilt for $300 but that ofcourse comes with a 2 year contract thats why you can get it cheaper..

1. This phone is loaded with WAREZ. You're breaking the law period.
2. You're spamming as this is the THIRD thread I've seen you start in an effort to sell this phone.
3. You cannot call the phone NEW when it's been hacked. It's now MODIFIED and USED.

how do u know theyre warez, he may well have paid for them... equally he could have got them from www.p******z.*** or somewhere...
but no need to flame him, i think its retty obvious that he means new as in not had it like months, just taken out and unlocked and flashed...

Outright or on contract? I'm stuck.

I already have a Tmobile contract that I get a great deal on, and I am getting the sensation one way or another, but I just want to ask more people's opinions who know what they are talking about. My original plan was this:
I recently got married and got about 300 in best buy gift cards and I was just going to sign a new 2-year contract, then use my current sim in my sensation and put a basic phone on the new line with the low 39.99 dollar plan (which to my knowledge is the lowest price plan.)
But I'm starting to think it may be a good idea to just find a way to get it outright?
The thing is, I just got married and I don't have extra cash. But I do have a perfect condition HTC G2 and almost 300 in best buy gift cards haha.
Any suggestions anyone? Anyone sold a G2 recently? How much did you get for it? Sold gift cards before? Is there a lower price plan? Want to trade me? Haha. Whatever, just give me information!

Costco now listing the one x

The one x is up for order for 189 on Costco.com im sure it can be found cheaper but i will be grabbing mine there due to the awesome 90 day return you can do just in case the bootloader isn't unlocked. Just thought this might be useful to anyone else worried about it. Side note anyone know if they pricematch?

According to online its 90 day exchange for different phones even...

My biggest question... will they price match the radioshack deal... my line happens to be primary that I want to upgrade... I've already talked to at&t about keeping unlimited after upgrading...

Looks like Costco is at $189.99 less a $25 rebate. Might just go for that.

The one by me definitely does 90 day exchange for different phones maybe different stores are different but i have done it recently there for another line past 30 days.

Legitimacy Check

Heard many cases of people getting scammed into buying fake S6s so I wanna check with you guys if these photos a seller sent me look legitimate

Everything except the screens showing it running. That is how you are really going to know. Buy instead from a known source and you don't have to worry.

just never buy a phone without running CPU-Z on it first.
When I have sold phones I've uploaded a photo of the phone showing the CPU-Z screen CPU info so people know it's legit.
There's way too many fakes out there these days.
Not only that, but I hear stories of people buying phones second hand and then a week or later they become black listed.
Some people sell their phones then claim they got it stolen or lost and claim on insurance for a new one, the insurance company then blacklists the old EMEI number.
Long story short, I would never buy a second hand phone.

If it's Ebay you have 14 days iron clad money back clause. When you get it, check it, if it's fake, send it back but make sure you start your refund process direct with ebay, not by dialog with the seller.

If you can a screen of it in Recovery then you'll know it's real. If it comes up in Chinese then it'a a fake

As long as there are idiots willing to pay money like that there will always be people taking advantage of it. Who on earth would pay $1500 for a handset they could wait a week or two and get for half the price? In answer, an idiot.
