Seen a couple of other posts similar on here but mine is a little different. I am experiencing screen lock but with major lag. Once the phone responds the screeen taps are way off. Like when I try and use the horizontal scroll on the bottom it pushes the clock. Anyone else experiencing this??

if i try to slide right after pushing the lock button, it doesn't response rapidly. I have to wait one second to slide the slider. Is there any way to get rid of this delay? I want to slide right after pushing the lock button
I have tried tommy's fix and heartwolf fix however they didn't make a big difference.
Any suggestions?
This has been there since the introduction of the new lock-screen that came with wm 6.5. As far as i am aware there is no fix. The tommy fix mentioned does not work for me. i just live with it, but if it bothers you try s2u2 that has no delay.
i wonder how is it fixed in s2u2. can't we the delay fix only?

I did notice when i used s2u2 slightly higher battery usage. So maybe it has something to do with the device coming out of a power saving mode. I have also tried the htc mini hd lock-screen. But that suffers from the same delay. Hopefully it will be fixed by ms.
It is a bug on the touch screen driver, it takes more or less a second to actually start detecting touch. Will happen with any (touch)lock screen. However in Pocketshield you can opt to use automatic unlocking (with proximity or light sensor), this way you don't have to wait for the touch screen.
When I press the recent apps key while in the home screen, the lower part of the screen flickers. This happens when there are a lot of apps on the list. Has anyone else noticed this problem? The flicker is more like diagonal.
Hi, I'm having a very weird problem on my phone. For some reason, all touches within Material apps seem to "register" twice and display the touch animation twice. This makes every button press in the app appear to flicker as the touch animation occurs twice quickly. If you press and hold a button, you can see better what is happening - the initial touch is displayed around the button, and then a second touch animation slowly emanates from the center. This makes all Material apps look and behave awful, with the animation flickering around everywhere. The strange thing is, it's only in Material apps and the notification/quick settings panel. Older apps and the nav buttons don't exhibit the behavior.
I've attached a quick screen recording so you can see the problem. I press some buttons normally and then press and hold so you can see what's going on. I don't know when this started but I don't believe it was like this when I first got Lollipop. Any suggestions?
Did you change anything is Settings/Developer options?
Have a major issue with the Texture Magazine app when page turning in portrait mode. It often doesn't register the finger swipe to go to the next page. The issue seems to occur when swiping in the middle of the screen although it always appears to work when swiping at the edge. It's more pronounced when I am swiping quickly through a magazine. No such issue when using a Samsung Tab S tablet. Has anyone else encountered this?
Does anyone have the same issue as me? Every few minutes, the navigation buttons slightly move to a different position on the screen, which makes them off-center with the rest of the screen. This usually happens after locking and unlocking the phone. I have tried to restart the phone into the safe mode but the issue is still present there. I have even contacted Sony support.
My oled TV does this to prevent burn in. Maybe check the display settings to see if it is such a feature?
Not sure, I cant find anything like that in display settings. I have also tried to change the minimum screen dpi in the developer settings and it fixed it right after the change, but as soon as I lock and unlock the phone, the buttons are off-center again.
This is a feature. It moves them over time to avoid burn in.
Ok thanks. But if this is a feature, it's pretty annoying, as it's very visible at times. Why aren't the buttons rather changing their size a bit instead? It would be less noticeable then moving them from side to side.
Nevermind, I have disabled the dock and I can't notice it anymore ?
