Go to settings -> Today and you can select "Use this Background" and pick a picture on your phone. There are other ways to do it as well.
Regarding "change icon", again, search because I'd need more info on what icon you want to change. Best bet is to just search the Kaiser forum, not the Kaiser Upgrading forum.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to change my 3D dialer skin to something more attractive.
Has anybody actually managed to change a skin by installing a CAB and have it work?
I much prefer the look of the standard windows dialler. The button layout is much more attractive than a solid block of grey and the 3G dialler.
I have tried every way I can think of but am still stumped.
Is it just a TYTN II problem?
This is a General Question & belongs in the General Kaiser forum. Please excersize proper forum etiqute & place posts/questions where they are relevant or within an existing dialpad skin thread. Thank you.
Yes it works. You may already have the default dialer in your device BTW. DL KaiserTweak & see if you can use the change dialer tweak to toggle between the MS & HTC dialpads. Or use your search function to find one of the dialer threads such as the onw started by Nadavi.

I had already done all of that and tried switching to the windows dialer before installing the Nadavi dialer etc. with no avail. It may be a Tytn II specific problem.
I request here by the cab from the original sense ui homescreen since i cant find it in the forums - maybe im too stupid to use the search function?
Either way wouldnt someone please hand it to me?

I assume this doesn't work on manila 2.1?
Ive been searching for additional menuborders(startbar) and softkey borders to wm 6.5 but without any results (trust me Ive searched forums AND google).
ATM im using tacchan23's DUSK theme but since the background also changes color in the stock wm 6.5 menus (filexplorer etc) It didnt really please me..
Now if anyone has manage to change that , please send me the reg edit.
Otherwise you do know where i can find the things ive written above , it would be kind to tell me.

I've searched the forum for a while and i found many of realy good themes for my HTC Touch Pro 2.
But there are two questions left, i do not find the answer wo:
first: is there a cab, which enables more than the origin 3 directlinks on the homescreen? I know there are cabs which contain this feature, but i would like to have this feature without the rest.... as a stand alone cab.
second: i can't find an instruction where it is explained, how to change icons.
could someone post a link or an instruction?
